This US Cellular location is the best ever!!! I’ve been a customer of US Cellular for 18-19 years!!! This location is the best!!! Nathan and Hanna are very knowledgeable of the products you want to buy!!! I recommend anyone looking for a cell phone or other devices to please go see these two!!!!

I traveled all the way from Union County, which is 43 minutes away from Sam Walton Drive only to come to a store that was closed And they’re supposed to be open on Sunday from 1 to 5 so thank you very much

My name is Jeffrey.My wife Alice and I went to the Halls Crossroads branch to update our phones and to add our two oldest grandchildren (Carleigh and Jeremy) to our plan. We were greeted by Kat and Austin. Our visit, although lengthy because of all the time it takes for old phone info to be transferred, was made bearable because of the professionalism and kindness of these two individuals. Hats off to these two young employees. Thank you Kat and Austin! We all love our new phones!
