Went in today to get a couple things printed quickly. The young lady behind the counter was super helpful and got me out of there super fast. Every interaction I’ve had in this store has been pleasant.

This store ended up costing me $1600 because they don't pay attention. We needed something expedited and paid extra. They weren't paying attention and only shipped half the order, leaving the other half sitting in Knoxville. Waste of money, should have went with a better carrier.

WORST UPS customer service I have ever experienced. They wanted to charge me almost $5 to print one of their own labels. I have an eBay drop-shipping business and just recently moved to the Hardin Valley area. Employee rolled his eyes when I asked to have the label printed and when I told him it’s never been an issue, he called his manager over who also clearly did not want to be there. Again, I explained it’s never been an issue since it’s one of their own labels. He very rudely said, “yea, so? Not all UPS locations are the same.” while blankly staring at me. Which says it all!
I just drove to their Cedar Bluff location to have the label printed off (extremely friendly and curtious staff upon arrival) and they printed the label FOR FREE. They couldn’t believe the Hardin Valley UPS wanted to charge me and apologized upon their behalf! I will never give the Hardin Valley store my business ever again even though it’s 2 minutes from my house. Avoid at all costs unless you don’t mind paying money/fees for things that are free at all other UPS locations.. since they’re clearly, “Not all the same!”

We had an appointment to get something notarized. The employee working this day let us drive all the way out there only to tell us he did not have his notary stamp. Super unprofessional, if you schedule an appointment for something you should notify your customers before they take time out of their day, and out of their witnesses day.

I don't go to this ups store often and the reason why is the last couple of times I've been here the never open up on time. Example I'm here right now and it's 8:56am and they are still not open. Last time I will visit this ups store.

I have been to a lot of UPS stores here in the Knoxville area and now that I live in Hardin Valley I use this store frequently and they are hands down one of the best out there. Their customer service is excellent and wait times are extremely short as they are very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of shipping services.
