Lauren is amazing. She helped a fellow UPS Store to recover a customer’s package that was delivered to the wrong place. She went above and beyond. We appreciate her. The UPS Store in Farragut is lucky to have her. Thanks again, Lauren!!!

Two people up front both greeted me when I arrived. One was Lauren, and the other lady was Terri. Lauren helped me with my shipping. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went for a second time and saw the same two ladies with sweet faces. Will always return to this store.

I came in a couple of months ago with a difficult print job. Sandy, Lauren and Katie were so nice and patient. They were able to address each customer’s needs quickly and efficiently (including my own). I’m thankful for their help!

I just left UPS in Farragut Tennessee to make a return to Amazon. My first time to do this and I wasn't expecting it to be so easy for me. Sandy a assisted me and showed me how to do it correctly in the APP. I'm older and a little slow learning but she was perfect. So patient and kind and I left there feeling so relieved that I had such a sweet employee to help me. 100% Good Service.

The girl/notary there has some kind of serious mental illness and cannot handle people there. I have been there 4 times and dealt with her rude behavior and deescalated her when she was inappropriate which is NOT my job. Today I wasn't having it. She was inappropriate to me even though i was not even her customer. The clerk that was working with me asked me what was in the box i was shipping and i said treats I made for a friend and then i jokingly said i WONDER if anyone would just stupidly be like yeh I have drugs in there and the girl rudely butted in where she did not belong claiming that ~I~ am making jokes about shipping drugs when that is clearly not what i said. She ignored her own customer to butt in and have some kind of weird power trip. She clearly has special needs because she said i was making jokes about putting drugs in boxes but that is clearly not what i said, but with her butting in i tried to deescalate her like i have always had to do with this girl and told her i wouldn't be stupid enough to ship drugs and then go tell people i was doing it not that i would do that AT ALL thinking that would calm her down so she would go back to her own customer and leave me alone, but she continued to hound me with her weird power trip rudely implying that I am some kind of druggie and finally I decided to leave rather than give that girl with serious cognitive issues and an attitude problem my business. I went to the post office where clerks don't twist my words around to accuse me of doing or saying something that I am not. So insulting! I have gotten in touch with this girl's manager because she does not remember me but this is the fourth time i've had to deal with her. I'm done with this store until this girl is fired. she clearly cannot handle the public. I will use the post office where it is cheaper and the clerks are kinder. Go ahead and respond with your twisted response that is nothing like what actually happened girl. this is getting escalated and you're getting fired because I am sick of dealing with your issues.

Probably some of the worst customer service I've had at a ups store. Save yourself ho some where else for shipping, and find another amzon drop off, they have the warmth and personality of a wild-eyed Pike.

I have been to this store 4 times and each time the girl/notary was rude to me. this girl has a serious mental illness and I am calling the owner to get her fired and letting them know they have lost my business completely. I will never enter this store again.

Been in the store a couple of times and seem to always get the same clerk. Older lady, super rude, unfriendly and unhelpful.
