These people are very rude and Charge you fees when you do not even hear from them to set up a delivery date that I had no idea i even needed. My delivery date on homedepot says july 9th so therefore I just assumed it would be delivered July 9th. Very unprofessional

Be careful if you drive down John Sevier Hwy. Had a truck pull right out in front of me tonight at 8:10 PM. Then he proceeded to stop at the intersection with strawberry plains to tell me i was wrong because I honked my horn at him. Just as dangerous for a 80,000 lb load pulling in front of you as you pulling in front of them. I WILL be speaking to someone higher up in the building. To dangerous of a game for someone like him to work.

This place doesn’t deserve a star at all. It is now called TForce Freight (not UPS Freight) There was no communication on my delivery. I kept getting notices that it was out for delivery but never came. I had to call the corporate support number each day who also could not reach Knoxville location. Finally on Friday that week, I got a call at 7 pm to set up delivery for Monday between 8a-2pm. They told me I would have to meet them at the road down the street since I lived in a dead end street and they couldn’t turn around. So I agreed believing that my tub was getting delivered. But on Monday the time came and went and no delivery. No call. No communication at all. I finally reached someone there who happened to be from Lexington location and he allowed me to come pick it up myself. 120-mile round trip. The worst part is a few days later I got an email saying my order had been delivered. But I was the one who went and got it! They gave me nothing for having to come get it myself. If you have any other option I would use it instead. I will never use TForce again.

This place is horrible! I scheduled a delivery, and at 9 pm, I get a text that they wouldn't be delivering it! So I figured they would deliver it the next day NOPE! Gina tells me that they are just going to deliver it whenever they feel like it. Now, this is wood furniture, which need to be inspected for damages before being sign for and if it's dropped of at the house and im at work being that this is tennessee there's a pretty good chance it's going to get rained on. If you can avoid using them do so.

Poor customer service. Refused to deliver order to residence. Only freight service that has had an issue at this address. Save yourself a headache and use FedEx.

So my husband has ordered something. His name is Hispanic. LOL.Some people try to take advantage of this.Gina from t force lied and said her driver was in our driveway. Lie!!Said he knocked on our door!! Another lie and then said she called my husband 3 times. She may have called once and it went to vm. His phone blocks unknown numbers unless they call back. She left a vm the driver would be here in 30 mins. My husband rushed home. Got here in 5 mins. Was sitting on the porch and watched this driver drive by!!!.She also caught a huge attitude with my husband!! This is the worst place. We are contacting the company we bought an item from as well!!! Lord help you if Gina is , so called helping you.

I had a scheduled delivery and no call no show from TForce. I was simply left waiting at the meeting point. Considering my experience, this may not be the best option in you 1) value your time, 2) expect punctuality, or 3) believe in effective communication and professionalism from a service provider.

They refused to deliver my $650 order. Even after I offered an alternative address. I don’t have a truck to haul big items, and paid $300 on shipping for a reason. Apparently they only deliver if you live smack dab on the road.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE FRIEGHT COMPANY TO USE IF YOU ARE IN SEVIER COUNTY TN !!!! Ionly wish I could give them negative 5 stars. First they only deliver on Wed, so the y will hold your shipment in Knoxville for up to a week! Had to drive there times to get stuff. Also I asked them to EASE notify me 30 minutes before arrival so I could have people there, THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND NEVER DID, YOU CALL DISPATCH AND THEY JUST LIE, LIE, LIE!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you want to receive products on time or ever… use a freight company that cares. I wouldn’t regard any other reviews because it’s a terrible experience 50% of the time. Complete nightmare of a company.

It was fine. Expensive but unlike most UPS Stores, they had plenty of staff so I didn’t have to wait. The guy who helped me wasn’t *un*-friendly … but he was a little distant. I wasn’t expecting a hug or anything but our brief conversation was stilted; didn’t take to my attempts at humor or conversation, and didn’t stray from the facts of the case. Like I said, it was fine. Got my tracking number and went on my way.
