This UPS store is one of the best that I have ever experienced! Nathan always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of, the team is so gracious and kind (shoutout to Andre!) and they are incredibly efficient and professional even when I have literally hundreds of boxes to ship at a time. What a gem! I've worked with them now for years and they consistently shine with so much customer service and kindness!

We refuse to have anyone ship things for us unless it's here with Nathan! You can guarantee great customer service, trustworthy packaging, and everything goes out in a timely matter. I have had nothing but good experiences with Nathan and would recommend him to anyone!

Can’t recommend enough. Like so many other reviews, I have to say Nathan is incredible. Nathan is kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I won’t ship anywhere else in the area simply because of how great the staff is here. Every time I come here I have the best experience.

Ever have one of those days where nothing seems to be going your way? That was my day today. Coworker blamed me for their mistake, my lunch wasn’t as good as I hoped for, and the only thing I was looking forward to was my new package (I’m unfortunately a product of consumerism). Arrive at the ups store and turns out the shipper made a royal mistake, I walked out with my tail between my legs. Later I received a call, this store had put in extra work so I could get my package. I did not expect this at all, they were busy as they were. An institution as large as UPS isn’t normally associated with outstanding customer service, but these guys are different. I will forever do my shipping needs here because I can now tell without a shadow of a doubt that they care. Thank you, UPS of Kingston Pike
