Best liquor store in town. Located on the Strip, convenient to Sequoyah Hills, Fort Sanders, and the University of Tennessee campus. They have been opened at their new location for about a year. The new store is much larger and has a wide selection of beer, wine, and obviously liquor :) Family owned and operated, it's one of the last local businesses standing on ever-changing Cumberland Ave. The manager is really cute, and owner, Helen, is the salt of the earth. I found rare bourbon there and could not be happier. Can't say enough good things about this establishment!!

Students and Faculty are back on campus and University Liquors' is hopping. There is now better lace to shop for your party and weekend libations than at the premier liquor store on the strip, University Liquors; located at the corner of Cumberland and 17th.They are fully staffed and can get you in and out in no time at all. The have a large selection of beer, wine, and liquor with a friendly staff to help you find what you're looking to purchase.A family run business they care about Knoxville and the university. They are thieves. I purchased a 15 pack of fire ball and then decided to buy a second one because they said they would give me a 5 percent discount. And ended up charging me 100$ and said that they did not watch out for them. They won’t refund your money for their mess ups. I hope they business goes to hell…….

University Liquors was very efficient, had a large selection, and the staff was super friendly. Everyone was so helpful and kind when I had questions! Love the convenience, will definitely be come back.

Recently, I went into university liquors and had a great experience. The staff is awesome and the prices were even better. This is the only place I will purchase alcohol from now on.
