Ask for Vickie! She was our loan officer and made things super easy. As long as you have your finances in order and your paperwork ready, you won't miss a deadline with how much communication Vickie and her team have. I highly recommend UHM!

I started out my home buying process with a totally different loan company. With this other company, getting through to my agent was like pulling teeth. Days would go by without them as much as calling back nor replying to emails. They had my file for nearly 9 months. With little to no work done. Once it got close to our closing date we decided to give UHM a try. We were referred to them early on, but already had the previous loan company working. Juan Hansford was able to pull off in 3 weeks what the previous company could not! We are so grateful for him! He hit the ground running!! And here we are 3 weeks later, closed on our new home!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication on making our dreams come true! I look forward to working with this company again!! 10/10 experience!

First thing I'd like to say is a huge Thank you to Debbie, Peyton & their team!! I wouldn't have been able to finally accomplish my goal of homeownership if it weren't for all of you! I initially reached out to Debbie in a panic because the mortgage lender I was using was just throwing numbers at me and I didn't even know which way to turn. I was honestly thinking, here I just got my offer accepted on an amazing home and at the blink of an eye that dream was going to be gone. Upon immediately speaking with Debbie and her team, they were absolutely amazing! There were moments where I thought the whole home buying experience was going to lead me to have a panic attack, but it was so nice knowing that no matter what Debbie and her team were there for me every step of the way. Debbie & Peyton were there for me when my anxiety became too much and had to deal with a very emotional me but were never hesitant and honestly thought I was dealing with friends and family the entire time!! Thank you so much Debbie, Peyton, and Team!! Without you, I wouldn't be a homeowner right now and would probably have given up on the process right in the beginning!!

Debbie and Peyton were an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked with UHM on my previous home loan and didn’t think twice when I was looking to purchase a new home. Debbie and Peyton are both friendly and responsive. It didn’t matter how silly my questions were throughout the process, they were always very respectful and happy to answer them. I can’t say enough great things about the level of communication. Never once did I not know where I stood in the process. Great job to the entire team at UHM!

Working with UHM was great. They answered all of my questions promptly and streamlined the entire mortgage application process. I never worried about whether people were working on my mortgage because they kept me updated. That was definitely not the case when I applied for a mortgage through my bank.
