I gave myself a birthday present by treating myself to cut,color and make up lesson. I had Kristin. She is exceptional. She listened and talked over what she was going to do. I had a car emergency and she was kind enough to keep me safe in the store until helped arrives. The help was a lovely young woman with dark curly hair who actually fixed the car. AAA wasn’t going to help me until the next day. Thank you both for kindness, concern and love shown to me. I so appreciate the both of you ( and another young woman who was going to jumpstart my car if it was my battery. It wasn’t. I not only got a makeover but a renewed faith in people God places in my path. God bless you all

i needed to return an item i had previously planned on keeping. i thought i may have missed my chance to return it… and i threw the receipt away. rookie mistake. Niki was SO SO SO quick and helpful! she looked up my receipt in the system, let me know i hadn’t missed the opportunity to return and put the money back on my card even tho i didn’t have my receipt! AND SHE WAS SO KIND ABOUT IT. 10/10 give Niki a raise. (i’m 99.9% sure that’s her name but if it wasn’t, you know who you are!!)

Salon Review for Kristin:
She is amazing!!
She did a wonderful job on full highlights for my daughter. It was exactly how she wanted it done and she is thrilled with how it turned out.
I had a disappointing visit at a nearby salon and was so bummed. My husband was telling my daughter and Kristin offerred to stay late and do mine as well. We were blown away at the offer. She really listened to what I wanted and did an awesome job implementing it. I love it!!! She listened to both of us and we ended up with different styles of highlights- exactly how we wanted. That is talent!! Not only is she very experienced and talented, she was so kind and thoughtful. As you can tell, I cannot say enough good about our experience with Kristin. We left excited to have finally found our hairstylist. Dont hesitate- book with Kristin!!!

J F was incredibly rude to my mother the whole time we were in the store. she asked if ulta has a product and without even letting my mom show her a picture, she said “i’ve never seen that before.” and walked away. later when we were checking out she was unfriendly and didn’t even say hello just “the phone number?” then when my mom did a return she threw the pen down at her without a word. never said thank you or had a nice day. other workers were extremely friendly except for her. would rather take my business to sephora where they actually look and see if they have a product and are if not kind then at least friendly.
