Kasey was awesome!!! My friend was attending a wedding and fell and had severe bruising on her face. Kasey came to the car multiple times to match what would cover. My friend is 96-years old and Kasey put her right at ease. She knew exactly what would work and was so knowledgeable about products. She went the extra to help us and we are so thankful to her and hope this is passed on to her management because Kasey is one in a million!!!!!

If you're getting a makeup session done, I highly recommend Chris. He's knowledgeable and skilled, and I could not have hoped for a better experience. I learned so much and walked away with perfect product recommendations for my skin and makeup needs.

I love makeup. My girls love makeup! We have spent a lot of time at this Ulta and let me tell you that I always get the best service at this location. Everyone here makes you feel special and important and will bend over backwards to help with whatever you need. Today I had the best experience with Matty. She was so helpful and patient. She was helping me and at the same time making sure other customers were acknowledged while she was getting me taking care of. She is an all star. Thank you Matty! Whoever the general manager is of this store is killing it because you have the very best team. You can buy cosmetics anywhere these days, but I will keep coming back to this place because of the way they make me feel every time.

The employees are always super helpful. They are always walking around asking if you need any help to find anything or if you have any questions about any product. Very helpful if you need help with their app for their online services. They match prices if they are cheaper online. and a large selection of high-end makeup beauty products and hair products. Self tan.

We were just in store and had a wonderful customer service experience with 2 associates who helped my Husband pick out some cologne. They were both very patient, helpful, and sweet. Thank you Destiny!!! Today is our 10 year anniversary and you all made his day! He loves his new scent.

The store personnel were not professional. And check out made me feel like hurry up lady I got to go... THE sales Rep actually didn't help my daughter when she ask if she had a tester of a product color which the store didn't and my daughter was told she couldn't open one to make a tester to choose another color and she didn't like it bring back within 30 days and walked away ..... Does anyone know gas prices ??

As a loyal customer of Ulta, I've witnessed a significant decline in the overall experience at my local store over the past two years. The most notable change has been the noticeable shift in employees, resulting in a drastic drop in customer service quality.
During my recent visit, I was appalled by the lack of assistance from staff when attempting to apply coupons and redeem rewards for free items. Instead of receiving help, I was directed to order online, only to encounter stock discrepancies and discontinued products, rendering my rewards useless.
The checkout experience was equally disappointing, with the cashier displaying blatant indifference and impatience towards my inquiries, culminating in an unprofessional attitude of "take it or leave it."
Even my scheduled beauty service, a lash application, left much to be desired. Despite having had satisfactory experiences in the past, this time, I was upsold to pricey lashes that failed to last even two hours. When I reached out to address the issue, I was met with blame-shifting tactics instead of genuine concern.
However, amidst this sea of disappointment, there was one shining beacon of hope Matty. She exemplified exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist me with product recommendations and ensuring a positive experience. Her kindness and knowledge truly stood out, highlighting the stark contrast between her exemplary service and the rest of the staff's indifference

Typically I love this particular Ulta. Thanks to Margie for giving me a different and not so great perception. Ulta closes today at 5pm. Which is fine. I get there at 4:52pm to grab some lashes. Margie has locked the door standing guard and did not want to let me in in spite of it not being 5p. I get that it’s 8 min before closing but it’s 8 minutes before closing. I should not have to debate to get in. I actually would have conceded had Margie not been so rude and argumentative . Shame on you Margie. You should not be working at Ulta and definitely not as a greeter. I was ultimately let in. Not by Margie’s choice and was out before 5p. However it must be noted there were still plenty of people in the store.
