Prices are too high on most stuff and past two times I've been in there I could not get any help I walked around the store for over a half an hour both times after I was told that they helped me in just a minute so finally just walked out both times

I bought a watch for a friend had like exactly 80 buckswe come to an agreement cost everything I have,payed for it looked closer noticed it wasn't ticking an pointed it out salesman says ya man you'll have to get a battery yourself. I said I thought everything y'all sold worked cause I had asked that specific question ? I had thought it might have an automatic movement is why it wasn't working originally an if it wasn't figured they'd pop a battery in it but was on my own with a dead 80 dollar watch an about the fastest buyer's remorse I ever had in my life used car dealer ship management vibes. Won't go back

My sister in law bought a necklace and a charm that was 14kt gold. The necklace broke her out. So she went to pawn it and to only be told the chain was fake. So becareful buying gold here. They have been known to sell fake jewelry.

I've bought three things here all had problems.A dremel works but motor overheats.Serger(type of sewing machine) had missing pieces.3/8 air ratchet died at first use.Three strikes I'll never step back in there store.

Myself an 2 other cars were here in the parking lot at 9:00a.m the sign on the door said "OPEN" the online website also stated "OPEN" so how come it's 9:20 a.m & the pawn shop is closed ???????????
