Excellent experience at the Tru Hotel in Knoxville, recommended for those visiting the area for short or long stays. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean, well-kept, and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory and nice to have included. Being pet friendly is a huge plus as well!

We stayed overnight from a trip back from South Carolina to Indiana. The room was modern, clean and quiet. It was perfect for a rest stop for us. When we left we thought we packed everything, however after getting to Kentucky we received a call from Chris from Tru telling us housekeeping found out iPad. He asked if we were still in town(which we weren’t) he then told us Tru will mail it back to us and that he will give the iPad to his General manager to mail. This was a Tuesday, by Friday we received our iPad. Thanks to the staff at Tru in getting our device back to us.

The best Tru Hilton hotel that I have ever visited. Whenever I am in the Knoxville area, I'm staying here!! Chris provides "the absolute best" customer service that I've ever received at any hotel!! If he's not a member of mgmt, he definitely should be and I hope it comes with a raise! He truly cares about the guests and will do whatever it takes to make sure that you have the best visit each and every time! Clean lobby, clean rooms, clean and modern bathrooms!! Everything is great!! I LOVE IT HERE!! ❤️

My family and I stopped at this Tru on the way home from Florida back to Michigan. I love Tru by Hilton, as they are modern and clean hotels and reasonably priced - and this one followed that standard! The front desk attendant Sue was super kind and friendly, even when I called about checking in later than I anticipated. She was helpful in assigning our room before we even got there and put us in a room that was further from the train because we had our two little girls with us. While I did still hear the train in the night, neither of my girls woke up because of it. The hotel is clean and I always look for that when staying anywhere. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. The breakfast was good! And the breakfast attendant was so sweet. She brought over two rubber ducks for my girls and made sure we took some fruit for the road. All in all, for a quick overnight stay, we were pleased!

Breakfast was great they have such a nice set up for pancakes and THE PANCAKES MAKE THEMSELVES. Pet friendly every one here was very nice it’s clean! Quite a very nice hotel to stay the night. Also very kid friendly

The night and morning staff- AMAZINGRoom was clean, modern and quiet - AMAZINGBig TV - AMAZINGFoyer and hallways were spic and span - AMAZINGAmenities were plenty -AMAZINGBreakfast and coffee -AMAZINGPet friendly is an understatement- AMAZINGAnd this will be our go to moving forward for a stay over on our yearly trips to Florida from Canada.

My recent stay at Tru by Hilton left a positive impression overall, with a mix of comfortable rooms, satisfying breakfast, and one chilly setback—the pool.The rooms at Tru by Hilton were impressively cozy, providing a welcoming retreat after a long day of travel or exploration. The modern design elements and thoughtful amenities made the room feel like a home away from home. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.One highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast offerings. The variety of options catered to different tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring everyone in our group found something to enjoy. From freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, the breakfast spread at Tru by Hilton was a delightful start to each day of our stay.However, the one disappointment during our visit was the temperature of the pool. Despite its inviting appearance, the pool water was unexpectedly cold, making it less enjoyable to take a dip. It was a missed opportunity to relax and unwind, especially after a day of sightseeing.Despite the chilly pool, my experience at Tru by Hilton was largely positive. The comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast more than made up for it, leaving me with fond memories of my time at this hotel. I would recommend Tru by Hilton to travelers seeking a pleasant and affordable stay, with just a friendly suggestion to check the pool temperature before diving in. also say hi to Truman and cinnamon the bears in the lobby.

Ask for bar soap if highly perfumed body wash with sugar(!?) in it or if you have issues squeezing.Rooms: Cover the motion detector in the bathroom if you don't like being blasted awake by the light in the night.Noteworthy details: EV Chargers on site

Tru by Hilton is an excellent place to stay on the Knoxville area. The rooms were quiet, spacious and looked and felt brand new. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was way above average of what you'd expect. I'm joining Hilton's rewards program and I'll be staying here again when I'm in the area.Rooms: Very clean. It felt brand new. Very quiet.Food & drinks: Breakfast was way above average. They offered gluten free options, a fresh automatic pancake maker. As well as standard breads, cereal, eggs and bacon.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with any and everything. Clean, nice, and spacious hotel perfect for a weekend in Knoxville. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, nice hotel.

The rooms were nice and big.Clean rooms, Nicely sized.Beds were comfy.The only thing that wasn't really the best was the morning breakfast, we couldn't get the pancake machine working the best. And nothing the kids really wanted to eat. .Otherwise rooms as well as the stay was pretty good.

I loved my time here so much!Sue at the front desk was so helpful and kind while I was in town for an emergency and her genuine customer service turned my entire trip around! The entire staff was helpful and respectful and I would love to stay again. Thanks again!
