I have been going here since I was a kid and now having to move due to insurance. Although I'd like to take the time to appreciate Dr. Wolfgramm and JJ. Dr. Wolfgramm is always very compassionate and shows she genuinely cares about her patients well being. JJ, I am unsure if she is a nurse or other medical, but she is amazing and defienently creates a welcoming environment. JJ and Dr. Wolfgramm made me feel safe and heard.

Dr Wolfgramm is an excellent Dr. Thorough, listens, asks questions and has good answers. I highly recommend her. I’ve used Trinity Healthcare for 12 years since moving to TN. The walk in clinic very helpful and Dr appt times are available. Front desk, assistants, nurses, blood draw all professional and efficient.

We have been seeing Trinity for the past year. We have experienced fantastic care for our children throughout that time. We have never had any issues getting scheduled or getting a call back, and a pediatrician is always on call on nights and weekends for issues that can't wait until business hours. We have always felt listened to as parents, and have never felt pressured to make any decisions we aren't 100% comfortable with.

Our family has used this practice for over 25 years my wife goes to the sick clinic and is denied care due to not having a wellness physical in the past year. So I guess they now penalize people for being healthy. What a heartless bunch of people. We most assuredly will be finding a new practice.

I’ve had good experiences here and not so good experiences here. First the good. At my first visit I met an amazing physician assistant, Vicki Stiltner. She made feel heard and I trust her opinion. I’ve stuck with this location mostly because of her outstanding bedside manner. Unlike some other reviews here, I’ve never experienced long wait times. Anytime I’ve come in the front desk sees me immediately, I check in, and within 10 minutes I’m in a room. Now, for the less than great parts. At my most recent visit, the doctor I saw (who I won’t name here) had poor bedside manner. I came in for an X-ray and to find out the nature of an injury. He did not even bother to look at the X-ray before coming into the room. Maybe that’s standard procedure, I don’t know. Upon first look he said there was nothing there, then at second glance he changed his mind. I had to ask him to put his diagnosis into layman’s terms because he wasn’t explaining my injury to me at all. Just kind of talking out loud. After leaving, I realized I didn’t even know which bone had the fracture. Aside from the lack of communication, there was a lack of empathy. He didn’t ask me about my pain level or display any sensitivity toward my situation.Aside from beside manner, I’ve also experienced poor communication if I’m calling in. I have never once had someone actually answer. I’ve always had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Sometimes when I do get a call back, I get someone who seems impatient or annoyed with me that I called in. I feel rushed to ask my question and typically don’t feel like I get a well thought out answer.Overall, the positive outweighs the negative here. I think there’s a lot of really great employees that care about their patients at this location. I hate that the few who don’t have tainted my experience. I typically only leave high star google reviews because I believe in spreading positivity. When it comes to healthcare, however, I believe in transparency. Hopefully my review can help someone searching for medical care make a decision on choosing a provider.

This is my primary care place. The walk-in clinic is excellent, too. My Drs are believers.

Dr Acker is extremely rude. No matter your problem, he blames everything on weight. If you aren’t stick thin do not make an appointment with him!

Highly recommend Dr Tipton for adult internal medicine. She takes all time necessary to answer questions. Above and beyond 5 stars !

Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would. I came here back in 2021 as a new patient. Got to my appointment gave them my insurance information sat and waited forever. Then they tell me there is something wrong with my insurance that it was showing it wasn't active. So I was like well I can pay cash for the visit but they acted like it was the end of the world asking to pay for the visit that way. Was made to wait even longer while they figured out how much it would be for just a check up and to get my blood pressure and anxiety meds refilled. Finally they told me the price and got me back. Doctor was alright it was quick in and out with him. The lady at the checkout desk was super nice that was the only good part of the visit. Then a year later I was trying to get my meds refilled like I had the previous months with no problems but pharmacy told me I would have to reach out to the office. I sent them a message through the online portal where I received a rude response saying they won't refill them unless I come in which I couldn't at the time so I was like just take me off the patient list there but apparently they blacklisted me from all the summit medical offices.

Trinity Medical Associates was well established before partnering with Summit Medical Group, and has provided ethical and rigorous physician medical services to individuals and families, while keeping a calm, respectful, supportive, and friendly feeling. Trinity has the ability to screen the gastrointestinal system and also provides nutritional services, as well as completing uncomplicated procedures. If a service or procedure is better suited with a specialist, Trinity is very quick with obtaining a referral appointment. Trinity is also able to get lab and bloodwork completed and available to a patient within 48 hours, through a really functional patient portal. Doctors Pardue and Acker are very attentive and thorough, calm and respectful, to answer questions and go over options. If the Doctors are unavailable over the phone, responses are handled really quick, within 24 hours. Nurses Lori, Leah, Faith, and Mary, are wonderful with scheduling and communication to Doctors, with any questions from a patient, and are also friendly and gentle, helping a patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and reassured.

I had a great doctor visit. The doctor and staff listened and were compassionate. The billing practices are unrealistic. I have never been charged a separate doctor visit because maintenance drugs are not part of an annual physical. My 100% covered annual physical is now over $200. I have never paid at other offices just to get a prescription renewed.

Our two children were born at Parkwest and have been patients of Dr Green and Paul Holt since birth. Both providers have been exceptional and we have nothing but good things to say about their care. Paul Holt in particular has extensive clinical knowledge and a wonderful bedside manner. He always took his time during our visits and made sure that all our questions were answered. After the birth of our second son in August 2022, the addition of the Covid-19 immunization to the CDC schedule prompted us to do our own research on risks vs benefits, and ultimately we decided on an alternate vaccine schedule. When we discussed this with Mr Holt, he explained that Trinity is a “vaccinating clinic,” and while we could delay administration of vaccines, ultimately our children could not remain patients there if we chose to deviate from the CDC schedule. My wife and I are both medical professionals, and while I have followed the CDC schedule myself and routinely refer to it in my practice, I firmly believe in the principle of autonomy and regularly encourage my patients to do their own research in the process of making informed decisions with regard to their healthcare.I am very disappointed in the policy of this practice to mandate the entire CDC immunization schedule as a condition of enrollment in the practice, particularly with regard to vaccines which carry minimal or no public health implication, or where risk/benefit evidence is murky. It pains me to write this because I do believe that the providers here are excellent, however if you are undecided with regards to vaccinations, I would strongly encourage that you seek a different practice as we did. Healthcare decisions should always be made with evidence-based recommendations, not policy-based ultimatums.

I saw Dr. Green for over 20 years and was satisfied with my treatment, but the office staff has always been bossy and unsympathetic. Summitt made things worse.
