We met the owners years ago by random chance, and we fell in love with their traditional balsamic vinegar. The stuff is like maple syrup in its consistency. We've continued to shop from their Knoxville store, even though we live 6 hours away. This year I contacted Terri, one of the owners, to help me with business Christmas gifts for clients in different states. She was spot-on with being responsive and accomodating to assist me online. I'm looking forward to hearing my clients' feedback on the gift shipments. Of course, we'll continue to be direct customers as we LOVE their products and the customer service.

I was able to find a Fissler sauté pan I'd been looking for nearly two years on their website. They shipped promptly and in very safe packaging. I've been very pleased with the cookware and have been able to make wonderful meals in it, such as a sumptuous risotto.I look forward to visiting their brick-and-mortar location.

Paul, his wife and their employees are amazing! They are so passionate about what they do and it shows. I was able to taste several of their olive oil's and each were delicious. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had gone there sooner!

If you like fine olive oil or balsamic, this is the place to go! Anymore it's difficult to find a good stop for quality oil, but Tree and Vine is the absolute exception, and their prices are incredibly good. They're wonderful about letting you try things and have several bottle sizes that you can purchase. They also have a nice little store with cooking items, coffee and tea tools, and some local knick-knacks. If you fall in love with their oil like we have and you can't find anything local that compares, they actually ship their products as well. If you go in to try, be sure to taste even their regular blends such as the Tuscan, and Greek. Their dark balsamic is great but I really love their white even more. It's very thick and requires little reduction to enhance just about anything you're cooking or dressing.

This store is wonderful! Aside from an amazing selection of products, their customer service goes beyond. I was ordering a gift for my mom and I live out of state. The website was having some issues with the address so I gave them a call and the employee put together the order for me, including some of their own recommendations that I asked for, and even included a birthday note for me. She really went above and beyond to ensure I got my gift ordered and sent out and was just so kind. Highly recommend!!

Nice store, but employees on two separate occasions didn't seem to want to attend to the customers. Today we were the only people in the store and waited at the counter for 10 minutes to buy some olive oil (great selection) while an unenthused employee stocked shelves a few feet away and didn't offer any assistance. We walked out empty handed.
