The staff are great all staff house keepers managers all staff. We're going to really miss them when we leave. Good atmosphere and if something messes up rt there to fix it or if need assistance very respectful and on point. Best stay weve ever had anyplace.Rooms: The rooms are well kept breakfast is great and prepared well . It's around alot of different things for fun eating business everything even the workout room and laundry is kept clean and makes you want to go back..Nearby activities: Activity for family kids all kinds of restaurants and businesses grocery stores shopping anything you want very closeSafety: Safety comes first to these ppl always on pointWalkability: You could walk around or room to walk even near by parks or walk trailsFood & drinks: Breakfast is awesome along with drinks been there since October and would refer anyone to stay a long term or short term place to stay

Needed a place to stay with our dog. Very accommodating with clean rooms and a good breakfast included. The staff were exceptional in making sure our stay was comfortable. If we come through the area again, we'll definitely plan on staying there.

This place was outstanding. Our rooms were very clean. There was no musty smell. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while apartment hunting. Aside from some construction noise in the morning ( which only disturbed me because i work overnight shifts ) my stay was perfect. Anything I needed was taken care of in a very timely manner & everyone was so nice & pleasant. Definitely want to thank Melany for an amazing stay as she was extremely helpful & went out of her way multiple times for me. Such a sweetheart. Overall a quiet place, would stay again.

Subpar hotel for the Marriot name.Rooms were small and dated.Called ahead to see if parking was available for a U-Haul and car hauler, staff advised they had designated parking for larger Trucks/trailers and RVs. DON’T believe them, they’re designated parking is on the curb at the hotel entrance, which blocks two way traffic and there is no easy way to pull around, so you have to back up to get out.

Room was tidy and spacious. There were a couple of maintenance issues (noisy frig, blown light in shower), but service and staff were outstanding. Only an hour away from Dollywood, it was less than half of a comparable stay closer in, so we got a great night's rest and a complimentary hot breakfast. Helped us keep the vacation on budget.Rooms: Suites offer a full kitchen, so if you like to save money and/or eat healthier by cooking for yourself, this is a great place to stay.

Here are the list of pros and cons for this place:Pros:1. Service desk is willing to help when needed.2. Complementary Breakfast was decent.Cons:1. Upon checking in, no carts were available to use to unload my belongings into the room2. The furniture is outdated.3. The layout of the room is sad. A lot of dead space and a TV that’s gets in your way constantly when moving around the room (see pic). It has a slider but it doesn’t help much.4. The sheets are old and stained.5. The blanket, sheets and covers for the sofa bed were missing.6. One elevator and if your room is the last one down the hallway, you’ll make a long walk to get to it and back to the lobby and with me not being able to find a cart, it was a horrible experience. The front desk person did try to find a closer room but it was a handicap room and smelled like urine.This place needs renovating really bad. It’s the least favorite TownePlace I ever checked into. Please consider renovations for this property.Rooms: Rooms are outdated and the layout is bad.Food & drinks: Decent breakfast choices

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. I can't believe this is a Marriott property, it should be closely monitored. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!!!! First room smelled of dog urine, dog urine!! Closet door didn't work, chair and couch were so dirty and worn.Also, when I first went to go to this room the dead bolt was propping open the door. Very odd and sketchy. Had the young man at the front desk check it out.Management is non existent!! Had to call Marriott corporate to even get my room switched. No one replies on the app and no manager ever contacted me! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while waiting for my apartment move in date. At first, I was skeptical because of how affordable it is. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms are and how nice the workers have been. Although dated, the bedroom was pretty clean minus a couple hairs I found here and there/the shower floor. Each interaction I've had with the staff has been positive. I even had a problem where I was emailed a check out date that was incorrect and when I called to get it fixed the woman on the phone was happy to help me and reassured me that everything was OK. Additionally, there is good variety/choice for breakfast and the location of the hotel is pretty amazing. We had a storm a few days ago that blew down power lines, trees, buildings, etc. While there was soooo much traffic in the area, I had no problems getting to the hotel as normal. Some honorable mentions will have to be the gym and the pool. I really enjoy the treadmills and they have a good array of weights. The pool is pretty small and shallow but hey... it's a pool! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for being so helpful!

BEWARE--I was recently billed by this hotel for a room that I have no record of booking or staying at. When I called them they stated that I booked the room and then cancelled and that is what resulted in the charge. I travel a lot for work/personal and, interestingly enough, I stayed that same night at another Marriott property in another town. When I presented my case I was basically told "sorry for your luck". When I asked for specific information they did not supply it. When I called Marriott corporate offices they said that there was nothing they could do. I would be cautious booking a room at this hotel. Honestly, I am so frustrated by this one experience that I am going to take my hotel business to another chain.
