Took my bass guitar in for service and new strings and I was very impressed with the service I got. They fixed the little issue I was having and put on the strings but they also cleaned it up and oiled the fretboard and got it done very quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a job well done.

Got into argument in one associates over picking up a TV that I just bought. Because I found a ride to get it. The guy got an attitude with me and tried to refund my money and make it so I could not pick up the t. V. When I went through all of the steps on the app to do so. Needless to say, I got the TV and everything worked out. Just never been threatened to have a purchase to be canceled because he didn't like what I was saying....

The associates were friendly. Not enough on demand front end staff though. Had to wait much longer than anticipated for help. Seemed like a good selection, too bad the items I wanted were only behind customers service which made it quite difficult to get that usual quick glance of all options. (Watches) Associates had to bring out options a pile at time. Best buy needs to invest in staff and lockable glass cases..And based on the recent rumors about Best Buy discriminating against whites, it seemed true here. A white person was almost unicorn rare among associates.I will definitely look elsewhere for electronics first. Can't condone Unavailable products, Slow service, and Bigotry / Racism
