Young man was very kind & helpful! He saw me struggling to use the machine that will clean your mat once you feed it in……was only the driver side (all weather) mat, he ultimately went and sprayed it off for me bc for whatever reason it wouldn’t take that one mat. The other 3 worked fine.

The vacuums are solid & the pre-moistened wipes are great. The Platinum ($25) car wash left quite a bit behind on my SUV, so I wouldn’t recommend splurging for that. The mat washer would be good for flat mats, but contoured/ high-profile mats won’t get clean that way, so if you see a brush area (I didn’t), you may want to do a go-over with those first.

Paid $25 for the best wash, what a joke! There are big parts of the car that still have salt and the tire shine got like 2% of the tires. Save your money and go elsewhere. This was absolute robbery!!!!°
