When I need help, I have to call a place in Chattanooga but they don't communicate with the Knoxville area where I live, so I don't know if this place is only for selling supplies or they are professional in helping the patient!

They provide good customer care once you get through to them. Getting someone to answer to the phone is harder than reading an eye chart while blindfolded.

Been a loyal on time paying customer since 1999. 24 Years and loved Beryl Evans. She retired after incredible service and help. Her replacement help absolutely 100%dropped ball, 3 separate occasions and then have the nerve to Terminate me ? That's 100% unacceptable by nurse Ratchet. She blames UPS or Fedex or USPS while patient has no supplies for 7 days. Which shouldn't have never happened. All three problems in 24 years was same nurse, You know who you are.

The Pouch Place has always provided great support and guidance over a 25 year period for me. I had to go elsewhere when they didn’t take my health insurance at that time and found the online suppliers to be difficult and pushy. Now that I’m back with a carrier they accept, the service is still great. Excellent place for new ostomy patients. They provide great training and assurance at a potentially difficult time in a patient’s life. I highly recommend them.

For nearly 2 decades, The Pouch Place has provided me with informed, reliable advice and met all of my supply needs. They know their stuff! The owner, Beryl Evans, has decades of experience as an Ostomy/Wound Care nurse. She has advised me how to handle any number of issues and suggested new or alternate supplies that have greatly improved the wear time and increased my comfort. The Pouch Place provides a service available no place else, and knowing they're there gives me great peace of mind.

The pouch place wasted 6 weeks of my time. Horrible company. They didn't even send the referral to my doctor until it was past one month. Now I'm without a provider and having to reuse urinary supplies.

The nurses that work the desk are awesome!!!The new ostomy bag they carry with the vent filter is amazing and my 89 yo with an ileostomy was for the first time in many years, able to sleep a solid 8 hours without waking up with pain/pressure/bloating!!!! Very super pleased with products and exceptional service!!!

Sorriest company I know. Please folks please don't order from there. My cousin has cancer and has ordered several times the last two she paid for 2 day delivery and never received anything or no reply from them. It's a shame to do the disabled or dying this way I have reported them to better business bureau. Please don't order from them trust me it's a total rip off. I'm going to call a lawyer. They keep sending her bills she paid for on ordering worse company I've ever seen. You've been warned

After having an emergency surgery 6 months ago that left me with an ostomy i had home health care that ordered my supplies. Now that I've been released from them I have to order my own. The hospital recommended the pouch place. I not only received Excellent customer service i also got a last minute appointment with 2 Absolutely Amazing ostomy nurses that were so friendly and knowledgeable. I cant recommended the pouch place enough.

This was my first time having to purchase the products they offer. I was nervous and still unsure about the altered life I was now living. The staff here not only helped me choose the right products and showed me how to use them properly but they made me comfortable and even optimistic, which I had not felt in a while. Because it was my first time, I was there for a long time, as other customers came by they were all helpful as well which made me realize that this place had been a positive place for them as it has for me. I am grateful for this staff.
