These guys are the absolute best. We've purchased multiple phones from them over the years for my wife, our kids and myself. We've also used them many times for service issues. They are not only affordable but incredibly personable.My wife and I went there to day with a minor issue on both our phones. Both issues were taken care of almost instantly and they didn't even charge us.You can do no better than to shop at and use The Phone Exchange. I simply can't say enough good things about them.

I was needing to get my kiddo another phone quickly and these two guys here went above and beyond to help me. I can’t even explain how grateful I am to you. It’s not everyday that you walk into a business and they are so honest and helpful. Y’all saved my christmas pinch that I was in just by informing me of my options, and you didn’t have to do that. You could have just told me what options I had by buying another phone but instead told me the truth. Merry Christmas to you guys. God bless y’all. We bought a new phone from our cell provider/carrier. The phone had problems right out of the box. After four frustrating calls with the carrier, they pushed us off to the phone manufacturer. More calls, now to the manufacturer left even their support person scratching his head. As a final attempt before returning the phone, we went to The Phone Exchange. BINGO - using methodical troubleshooting a guy named Ross solved our problems while we stood there. I don't write reviews but this place is exceptional in my opinion. If I ever again need anything cell phone related, The Phone Exchange will be my first stop.
