I have been a service customer at this location for years and today they lost me. They had my car for 3 weeks for a water pump replacement and oil change. I had to call or email for updates. Thankfully, I knew about their online coupons and asked that they be applied because the service was very expensive - as they weren't offered. After complaining to the service manager my car was delivered to my home (3 miles from their location). While checking under the hood last night, my husband found this tool had been left in the engine compartment! Thankfully it did not dislodge and cause lots of damage! I returned the tool to the service manager today and will no longer give them my business.

If Jason Dechaine is your appraiser, prepare to be nickel and dimed, lowballed, and your offer will not be honored. 2nd horrible experience with these crooks. Never will I walk in again.

Do not go to this dealership if you do not live in the area. I have made several attempts to get issues resolved and have not had any luck finding someone there who is interested in helping me. My husband and I thought going to Knoxville would not be an issue as it is only 2.5 hours from our home however, Ted Russell Parkside has proven us wrong. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Update 09.10.2024 - Had a nice man that contacted me after this review, however we still have several issues that have not been resolved and I am not getting any responses from my email communications. Still a 1 star in our book unfortunately.

We ordered a F-450 November 30 , 2021. Ford sent periodic emails stating they were behind but they were still working on the order. June 21, 2024, we received a call that they had received our truck! They also said they would not honor the price they agreed upon at the time of order. They increased the cost by $30 ,000. Needless to say, we said if they couldn’t honor the price, we would not accept the order.
We own three other Ford vehicles, Matt Goss is service is wonderful but can’t say the same for their sales team

I recently stopped by Red Russell Ford on Parkside in a bit of a panic. I work nightshift, had just picked up my dog from daycare and noticed I had several nails in my tire. They got me right in, dog in towe. They looked too see if my tire could be patched, when it couldn't, changed out my spare and promptly ordered me a new tire. They also reached out to my warranty company to cover everything. They got me on my way so I could get to work on time that night. When my tire arrived, they worked around my schedule and let me come in when I was available. They really went above and beyond, being so kind in the process. I cannot say enough kind words about their service department!

I recently took my truck in for the 20,000-mile service at the dealership. When I picked it up, I noticed that the windshield wiper fluid was still low, despite their assurance that it had been checked and was full. It makes me question whether they performed any of the service tasks as thoroughly as promised.
