Horrible customer service. I was on hold 83 minutes without getting billing issue resolved.Update. TDS customer service call me back and explained that Monday is a very busy call day and suggested that I can later in the week and in the afternoon. Impressed that CS called.

Had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and install fiber. Ridiculous for an internet company in 2023 to make a paying customer wait that long.

Ok they are changing over to fiber net yiu can do that without entering a business! I own a business have had the same phone number since 1971!!! Cut my phone off for the business because their lines can’t support whatever wiring is used! Told me it takes 30 to 60 days to get it

The worst telecom company I’ve ever had and ever had to work with. Been paying for 300 up 300 down for years and never had 5% of that speed. People over the phone are useless and make promises they cannot keep. I’ve called over 25 times this year and no one leaves notes on their promises either. I was promised credits on my bill, never happened. Promised to keep my bill lower when they couldn’t figure out why my house wouldn’t get the speed I was it never happened. Techs that came out were nice but couldn’t do anything. Now when I went to cancel because finally a new option is available other than TDS, my bill with TDS skyrockets, I have to pay 1 more month, and they disabled the account so I cannot pay online either. This means I have to pay over the phone and they refused to waive the $5 convenience fee. TDS you should be ashamed of yourself.

Not worth it. Very little free stuff with On Demand feature. Half the channels I pay for , I can get for free with Antenna. If account is suspended, it will not be reconnected until the next day where other companies restore services within the hour (or less).Cannot access cable or recorded shows on other devices when away from home. The WiFi box has to be reset frequently because the internet drops. The only positive is access to all channels in the package throughout your home; however, they’re wireless which uses up WiFi. If I were not on a contract I’d go back to my other provider. The extra expense would be worth it.

When it works it is fantastic. When it doesn't....SO many headaches. One time they didn't even show up for an appointment and the repairman claimed he actually talked to me and rescheduled (never spoke to him.) Currently I am on a week now of waiting for them to fix my 1-5 mbps connection speed...when I pay for a gig.

The prices are great but I would gladly pay extra for decent customer service. If you have any issues, good luck getting someone to help you. The internet is cheap and it's definitely not the fastest.

The internet is intermittent at best. Can't change the channel immediately after you turn the tv on...everything is really slow!!

One of the worst internet providers in Knoxville. Internet is intermittent and laggy. I have never had a consistently decent experience with TDS.
