No one answers the phone I needed help with my drive up order that they gave to the wrong person no one answered for 30 minutes straight.

Our bagger forgot to give us our books. It’s alright, my mom calls customer service. Customer service lady says they have it, and that we can come pick it up whenever. We come 3 days later to pick up our books. The girl working at customer service seemed very disinterested. She went to go check for our books, looked for maybe less than 30 seconds, came back and said she couldn’t find it. Obviously my mom and I were not happy. Someone had told us over the phone they had our books. And they might as well could’ve been back there but she didn’t care. Then the lady says “well you can go get more copies of them.” Well lady, the books we had were the only copies. Sick of the customer service girl, we just got a refund and left. Leaving this review for y’all and we will be contacting a manager.

TWICE this week I have placed a drive up order and have either had missing items or have received the wrong items. Earlier this week, I was missing 5 items from my order (and was still charged), and today when I got home, I realized that I was given someone else's order entirely (and I didn't receive any of my items, but was still charged).

ZERO or NEGATIVE if I could but that is not an option. Customer service is the worse. Don't use order pick up. If they have cold food at this store (which idk because after 2 hrs and more than 40 calls later, with only 1 person answering to say Hello not hello target just Hello and hung up) your cold food would be hot, so if you do order pick up literally go pick it out and pick it up yourself there is no one to bring it to u as they can't even answer phones. Actually Customer service is under understatement they have none. I think it was a mistake to put Starbucks in there, as everyone is either on coffee break, smoke break or bathroom break at the same time. That's the only thing that makes some kind of explanation as to why no one answers the phone. Try a different location perhaps you will luck out and get an answer with a live body God knows this one can't.

The target store itself is nice as in clean. It doesn’t always have a great selection but it’s convenient to home.I was specifically looking for a book that the app said was in stock- I looked down every single aisle and when I went to ask for help the employee huffed a little and answered his ringing phone as I was trying to ask for assistance- and then proceeded to ask me what I needed after he took his call; as to the book it was in the wrong aisle completely versus what the app said so that’s why it was not locatable…The Starbucks staff also is 0/10. They are extremely rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to make your drink(s)
