Paid for the inside and outside clean. When I was told my vehicle was cleaned, I got in to find a mess. I spoke to the manager and was told to get back in line to get it redone. I was then told AGAIN that my vehicle was cleaned only to find a mess again. I showed the cleaners that I could just swipe my finger to clean off dust. He then proceeded to wipe down my leather seats with tire shine to make it “clean”. My car is now a shiny oily mess now. Plain and simple I will not be back to this place. It truly is SAD to see a grown man put such little effort into something. I would not recommend anyone using their service.

If you’re looking for a decent job I wouldn’t recommend going here to pay $50 dollars for a wash and detail. They weren’t shy about doing a terrible job right in front of you while you watch. I read the reviews before going thinking people were being too critical. That’s not the case, they are actually that minimal. I ended up using their vacs and cleaning materials and working on my car myself before leaving. && the whole time the “manager” watched me like he didn’t care the customer was unhappy.

I've never heard of a full service car wash refusing to detail a car because it was too dirty.
Admittedly the interior of my car was a mess, I'd just driven across country with two toddlers but it wasn't THAT much of a mess. The impression I got from the man working was essentially "I don't wanna"

Car wash no longer does interior shine protectant or leather treatment. Inside mats and hard surfaces didn’t even look clean. Wash is good for exterior only.

The guys cleaning the cars are great! However, they sure could use a tent or something to help shelter them from the direct sunlight when it’s so horribly hot.. they shouldn’t have to stand out there all day and bake..?

A very bad experience today! Wheels half cleaned, I asked to borrow their vacuum because the back seat wasn't even vacuum, driver side window did not look like it had been cleaned or wiped at all, also they threw their green towels on top my jacket and let them. I do not know if there's more to see. I quit looking. very disappointed! I will make a phone call tomorrow.

Does not answer phones for customers during work hours to help with their billing issues. Tried and tried and eventually phone was turned off so I couldn't call into it longer. Great customer service guys. Never using this place again.

I've brought my car here probably a dozen times and I've always been happy with the results. I usually get the full service including tire shine and hand wax. For $37 im pleased with the results.
