This is a great store for swimwear and accessories like fins and goggles. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable finding Nike swim trucks that would be the best for my needs or swimming ability, they have lots of choices and Sean knew right where to find them. He was fast, which saved me time.

Great buying experience. Staff was helpful and my package arrived as expected. Huge selection. I will be using Swim and Tri for all my daughter's racing suits and gear.

Return policy is the worst. Website says something different than the store. Brand new item, still in package, have the receipt and bought less than 10 days ago. Return policy needs to be reviewed and changed or made much more abundantly clear. Also, the hours are the worst.

The good: This company ships out orders very quickly. The problem: I ordered a suit that wasn't the correct size and needed to be returned. I mailed it back to them and ordered a new suit in the correct size. It took a little while, but after a few emails, missed calls, and messages through their online system I was finally refunded for the original suit. Their return system is complicated. The solution: The customer service seems to be improving and I am glad they are accepting reasonable returns. I hope they continue to streamline their return policy.

We tried to use the company for our summer swim team. They had a great sales pitch and started off ok, but then fell apart. They forgot coaches shirts, once we finally got them, the quality was bad, no follow up, the quality of the spirit wear was poor. We will not be using them again. Emails and phone calls are not returned once the sale is closed.

I cannot thank the 2 young ladies at Swim and Tri enough for all their help today! This is our first time here and my son's first time on a Swim team and their help today was so amazing! We knew absolutely nothing and they helped walk us through everything! We got him a practice suit and his team suit ordered super quickly they knew their sizing almost spot on which was so cool! They explained to him how the suit should fit and truly made us so happy and comfortable! Thank you both for such a great experience today! It really meant a lot! We cannot wait to see y'all again!

Biggest rip off store ever. Shop online because they are marking everything up by 3. Also unknowledfeable workers.

I couldn’t get a refund or store credit for an unopened item with receipt in hand. I understand not taking back a used cap or swim suit, but refusing to consider refunds or store credit for all items without exception is an annoying policy.

Don’t say Amazon!Ran in to get my son a Speedo Teamster 2.0 bag this afternoon but as cashier swiped by card I realized I just paid $25 more than Amazon. The owner rudely told me all sales are final - see the sign. The woman helping me told her I was not rung up there and didn’t see the sign. I was rudely dismissed and waited 10 minutes for her to come back up front to talk with me. First thing she said was “my answer won’t change”! I politely told I did not want to return the bag but she needed to know how belittling and dismissive she was to a customer.Instead of an apology I was treated to a 5 minute attack by her telling me I belittled her and her staff by saying Amazon. And she was so tried of people talking about Amazon and their prices. I was polite and said I appreciate small businesses but her treatment was terrible to a customer. I stood in shock as she turned and walked away. When the employees look embarrassed by the way their boss treats a customer something is wrong.Just know their bags are marked up and don’t say Amazon while you are in the store.

Ordered swim caps from this company the last four years. Last year we had a few caps tear, which was unusual, this year we received shipment and had almost a half dozen tear by the first meet. To their credit they worked quickly to send a replacement order, but then shortly thereafter their accounts receivable person contacted us and threatened collections because we wanted additional time before payment to ensure the replacement caps didn’t have the same defect. Pretty poor customer facing when you were the ones who sold us a box of trashed caps on the first place.

Very poor customer service. I was unhappy with an embroidered item THEY messed up and they would not accept a return or give a discount. An unhappy customer is a great opportunity to turn them into a loyal customer, but they simply do not care.
