A common critique is that the location is often understaffed, leading to wait times for service. During the transition from SunTrust, representatives patiently answer questions about accounts, though some service limitations, like issuing only one debit card, apply. The ATM area is noted as a tight squeeze.

The folks at this location are always very nice, but they are severely understaffed. Every time I come here, including today, there's always at least a ten minute wait for service. They need to hire at least one more teller. Otherwise don't come to this branch if you're in a hurry. The Bearden branch is always quicker.

Everyone always so helpful only downfall is it’s a tight squeeze into their atm but their friendly and try there best to help out.
