Two times in a row I waited 8+ minutes in the drive thru, once I was at the window and sent my request in, before even being acknowledged.

I bank here. It's close to home, and they are generally very helpful. I normally only go in when I need help or have something that needs attention. I try to do most banking online, but sometimes you need to see your banker. And it's great they are close to home and are helpful.

Bad service not friendly if the reviews says 1.8 star it means needs to change something to serve better 25 minutes just to deposit single check
