We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
They will just lie to your face, at any given time you're bothering them and they will say whatever to get you to leave or shut up. Big thank you to Dehstuhney for wasting a week of time and severely damaging my credit in the process. Its a horrible bank, with horrible people working there, the reviews are justified.

Rude and discriminatory behavior by Tamikka. Very unfortunate that in this day and age we still have to tolerate this. It is truly heartbreaking that Truist is not doing anything to resolve this situation both internally and externally.
