David and his staff are absolutely great! They do their best to help everyone get the right uniforms and equipment. The staff at the store are all very friendly and helpful.

It's a real shame that these places no longer seem to care about customer service. I've been waiting on certain items now for months with repeat delays and no communication unless I initiate it. They also make mistakes with orders and lay blame on the customer. I'd say there has to be a better option, but sadly all of these uniform shops are about the same now.

HORRIBLE COSTUME SERVICE AND ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF PANTS AND THEY SEND THE WRONG ONES WITH MEASUREMENTS. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO POLICE OFFICER. I CALLED THEM AND THEY PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINS AND NOBODY CALL BACK.

This place takes forever to get in items you have ordered. Unless your a department in Knoxville you’ll be waiting months for your product. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my product to be delivered and everytime I call it’s always let me get your name and number and someone will call you. I’ve never received a call back. They are to worried about the big guys and don’t take care of the little departments. I was also told a time frame of when my product would be delivered and we have exceeded that time frame.

Friendly staff. Excellent work. Added patches to a large order for work and turned it around quickly. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
