The location is good. There was only a single clerk working the desk on an extremely busy night and he was very overworked but pleasant. I hope he can move on. The room smelled like a dog and I posted pics of the condition of the furniture - terrible. Why can't they extract a filthy chair and sofa? I feel as though the investors might not know what's going on here. Also I had an extremely bizarre experience with a large woman in the parking lot telling me that she was having a kid's birthday party and her husband was at Walmart with her wallet and she had a pizza delivery man waiting for her to pay and could I please give her $40 - "can I give her anything she'll pay me right back". I almost gave it to her then I realized she was barefooted and her story made no sense even though she was very convincing. I was in the middle of unpacking so I could not investigate. Now I think she was scamming so be careful here. Edit - the last pic is of no extra linen.

The hotel was clean and so were rooms other than the pullout couch bed. The mattress was stained and for a lack of better words junk. The mattress on the king bed was not comfortable either. The layout of the room put the couch directly in front of the air conditioner unit so to keep the room at a comfortable temperature you have to freeze anyone sleeping on the couch. Of course this would not be an issue if there weren’t 3 of us and we didn’t need to use the couch. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of shopping and dining options. But it is beside a busy roadway and although the noise was not an issue inside our room it did make it quite unpleasant to sit at the pool and patio. Since we were there for a softball tournament we did appreciate the free laundry service. Staff was friendly. The Continental breakfast had more options than most we’ve seen lately. If we were in the area again, we may stay there if we could get a room with different a different layout.

Our stay here was exceptional! I brought my dog and since she’s a registered service dog I didn’t pay any pet fees! The rooms were great! Having the kitchen inside the suite was also a huge plus! If you’re in the Knoxville area I highly recommend this place!!! They do need a little bigger lot for parking to accommodate a full house during busy season.
Noteworthy details: I did have to park illegally (as did about ten other vehicles )but I made sure to get up early and move my vehicle after other guests had already left.

We stayed for almost a week and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were nice and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the free food in the afternoons.
The location was very convenient for all the restaurants and shops in Farragut and close to the highway for access to downtown. We appreciated that they had 2 sets of windows for each window to keep the rooms really quiet, and it was pleasant looking out over a pond and watching Canadian geese each day.

Location is not the best. Bring a loud fan if you want to sleep. This sits right next to an Interstate and the traffic never stops. I stayed for 3 nights and never got replacement coffee or new towels. I wouldn’t recommend.

The only complaint I had was that the breakfast area was a disaster. I got there at 9:30 am. Only one lady is trying to clean up but not stocking any more food. No bread, no waffle batter, no fruit, etc. We ended up going to McDonald's.
The good part was the bed and pillows. It was very cozy.

The room was very nice. It was very clean and stocked with the basic necessary items. The kitchen in the suite was really nice to have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Lots of different selections. The lady who works in this area does an amazing job. This is a great location for a stop if you are traveling I-40 in the Knoxville, TN area. Easy off and back on the highway.

First time staying at a Staybridge and I will not be returning. Unfortunately I booked two nights here and I have one night left and I am not impressed. The traffic is so loud you hear it at night as if you’re standing outside, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff seems to be nice but I was not impressed with the hotel itself. The breakfast was a joke. Again, the staff was very nice but that was it. I wish I could leave and not stay another night. I never left a bad review on Google And I hate that even have to do that but it’s very disappointing when you travel and you’re exhausted and you want somewhere clean and fresh to lay your head at night and this did not exceeded my expectations for that

Room 422: on the hwy side constant road noise. Ice maker makes noise. Small toilet seat. Shower water adjustment is difficult to turn. Bathroom door was loose from the top hinge and would not close. Closet doors difficult to open. Loud noises at night coming from the roof, possibly HVAC unit right above it? Glasses in room had hard water stains. Clothes washing machine was nasty. Stains on furniture and carpet.
Door latch to outside pool area was not secure. Lock on dining room entrance from back side of hotel opens without needing to use key card
Breakfast was horrible, gravy with no biscuits. Eggs were waterlogged. Sausage were dry, couldn't get my fork to penetrate the exterior hard shell. Pancake batter all over the cupboard door and trash can. Dried sauce on tips of condiments.
Looks like someone barfed? on the rug outside the exit door in the dining area.
Usually like our stays with staybridge, this was disappointing.
Stayed 1 night, cancelled the rest of our stay and moved on

The location of the hotel is good. Right off 40 and near a bunch of restaurants and shopping. When we got to our room, it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We complained to the front desk and the only offered to spray pinesol in there as a solution. They were not able to offer us another room as the hotel was fully booked. The smell did not dissipate at all the 3 days we were there. I would not stay there again because of this. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no coffee and all drinks were out of service.

We see many of the rave reviews posted about the Staybridge Suites in Knoxville. Proximity to interstate is convenient except for sleep. Perhaps our stay was atypical of the norm. Everyone knows how scarce ice is when visiting Europe, and we thought we were there. After a hard day of driving, we like to have a cocktail when arrive at our hotel. No ice in room freezer! ? No ice bucket in room to retrieve ice. Tried using in-room telephone for assistance, but no dial tone. Went to front desk to request an ice bucket, but they have none. Attendant suggested I go back to my room and get a pot from the kitchen in which to put ice. REALLY??? Instead, I asked for a plastic bag to retrieve ice from apparently the only ice machine on premises: in the downstairs laundry room. ? Hot breakfast included the typical fake omelets, but the juice machine was out of order. When I asked about it, the cocky response from the front desk was "we're waiting on a part and didn't think you'd want warm juice." I have a suggestion. Why not have several pitchers with chilled juice until your part arrives? We love staying at IHG establishments because of their nice rooms and dog-friendly policy. This most recent experience was very disappointing.
