Went here to get a phone/line added to my account, 2 days before Christmas. The sales associate, Kelli, was quick to assist me upon entering. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She let me know if any upgrades or promotions available on my account but wasnt pushy with having me sign up for anything other than why i was there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Keili Brittain helped me out while I was picking up a home wifi system for my family. She was incredibly helpful as was the other staff in the store! Absolutely recommend going there as she was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing to work with! Thank you so much for your assistance!

Great experience with Keili, aka the girl with the nails! Phenomenal customer service, with a great personality. Keili was knowledgeable on all aspects of our visit today, very educated on all current promotions, willing to work with you and find the exact products that you want/need. She goes the extra mile to make sure you leave the store a satisfied customer. She managed a heavy workload, acknowledging every single customer that came in the store, and still effectively and efficiently handled our needs during our visit. I highly recommend you request her for your visit. She deserves a raise and/or promotion.

I had a great experience mid-day with Soren. I was looking to upgrade my phone and needed some hands on help with an older phone, and a newer phone, to which I was considering transferring my t-mobile service. Soren devoted a good deal of time to answering my questions and examining my phones. Ultimately I think this led me to the best possible outcome with regard to updating equipment.

4 workers only one customer me everyone on their phone no personality took 10 minutes to pay a prepaid bill. Got back $2 in change no one apologized answered my questions rude no personality ridiculous

Went in tonight to purchase a phone !The employee messed the order up 3 times including having to call customer service. AFTER all was Said and done we never left the store with the phone so what did they do? Hit us with a $70.00 restocking fee....and they had no problem doing it like they have done it before like pros. DO NOT GO THERE!after we left the store we called customer service via phone, They said that theysimply did not have to take a restocking fee. Hummmm time to look for a new store

Purchased a Flip 4 on Sept 10, sticker price was $499. Stated specifically, I did not want an installment plan. I also bought right out a $700 iPhone for my daughter. Fast forward a couple months, I get my bill and discover that I was actually charged $999 for the phone and they used my $499 as the down-payment without telling me it was only a down payment. Look at your recceipts folks. Matt H. rang me up, now he's telling me that I must have misread the sticker price and that it was actually $999. the whole time. Zero chance I saw this price wrong and he refuses to admit that it was listed at $499. Being lied to, over charged for $500, and having no way to get my money back now is seriously unacceptable. Do not trust Sprint / T-Mobile in Turkey Creek.

Everytime I visit this store, not one employee has a clue, nor the willingness too help or assist the customer. Especially the woman that has been there for period of time. They have rude, arrogant attitudes and most treat you as a problem or a bother. I would definitely drive out of my way just to bypass this store, even though it's more convenient.

This rating is for the company not the individual store, but people need to know! T-Mobile did the worst takeover of Sprint ever and customers were ripped off. My bill went from $325 a month to $377! When you call customer service you get NO HELP AT ALL, just transferred around to different people who are very hard to understand and don't do anything. I have clocked over 8 hours of phone time and zero results. The in-store employees led us down a terrible path and now I am stuck with a 9 month lease to own a phone that no longer works. I vow that in 5 months when my equipment is paid for, I will leave this service and tell EVERYONE my story. Word of mouth is the best firm of advertisement and I have a big mouth! Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Store personnel Matt and Steve and customer service were outstanding in their service. We were treated like family not only in store but also customer service. I would rate them 6 stars if I could.

I came in a few days ago and had a general question about my iPhone and met with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back and looking for him when I do!

Horrible experience. I wanted to establish 4 lines that I currently with another carrier to T-Mobile and purchase new phones. I had heard such wonderful things about their promotions and coverage. I had to dispute a charge on my credit card after making a call to them to inquire about the charge. They informed me they have no idea what it is for and they have no way of finding out. Very disappointing and extremely poor at customer service.
