Unfortunately approached the Sports Locker thinking that I could walk in and maybe purchase some shoes and some hats unfortunately when I arrived it's my appointment only so that's either my mistake which it probably is my mistake thinking that this was a Sports Locker where you could purchase tennis shoes and hats and other sports equipment unfortunately I had no idea where it was located there was no advertisement on the building that I could see and I did drive around the parking lot few times so I just decided I was going to leave and checking into it further I see that it is by appointment only I'm not quite sure what that means but evidently they do not have what I was looking for so I'm just going to leave a one star and that only means that I went and I didn't get what I was looking for it's not saying that this is a bad company or a bad experience I should have done my research a little bit better so again my fault completely not Sports Locker

This lady is an absolute angel, she is very professional and customer oriented. We had the BEST experience ever! I suggest anyone looking for a letterman jack to come here. It's a must.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have never in my life been treated so rudely and unprofessionally by a business owner. We took a jacket in to be embroidered and customized for my son. We were quoted 2 weeks for the work and told that there were 7 or 8 jobs ahead of us. 10 days later, my husband stops in and inquires about the work and wanted to see if any progress had been made. No work had been done and he expressed concern about that. That evening, the owner called and left a vicious voicemail telling us that there were 17 jobs in front of us. Today, I called to check and was talked to like trash. I was told that she would never put a "cheap $13 jacket ahead of $400 jackets" and that we couldn't get this done anywhere else so basically we had to accept her treating us like garbage or cancel the job. I was floored. We aren't wealthy but I have never experienced this type of discrimination and abuse because of that.
