I called the store around 8:15 to see if they had a certain drink. The male on the phone immediately said, “Closed 10:30” and immediately hung up. I called two more times and he did the exact same. I called a fourth time and he didn’t answer. I thought maybe he didn’t know good English. Upon arriving to the store, he spoke good English. Poor customer service.

I gave this liquor store five stars because it’s the only liquor store I can find in Knoxville, that I can buy Fireball shots, liquor or beer on a Sunday, until this liquor store closes at 10 PM…everywhere else in Knoxville seems to close anywhere from the hours of 6-8 P.M. on Sundays. WOOOO HOOOO is all I can say about this place!! Two thumbs up!
