My grandpa bought a recliner here recently and it broke within one week of him owning it. He has severe nerve damage in both legs and lost the ability to walk a few years ago and basically lives in his recliner and can't get up out of it without the help of someone. He bought the chair outright and paid quite a bit extra for the warranty. He owned it for about a week when he said he heard a snap while sitting in it and the leg rest quit working and lost the ability to control most of the settings on the electric remote. He called them and they said they would send someone out to fix it, which they did after about two weeks. They said the frame broke, and he couldn't fix it because they didn't have a part. So my grandpa asked for either another chair or his money back, to which he replied I will order you another chair immediately and you will have it within two days. That was about 3 weeks ago and he hasn't heard anything back from them, hasn't gotten any money back despite him having a warranty on the chair, and basically was just left to sit in a recliner that he paid top dollar for, which has a broke frame.

Went in browsing for a sleeper sofa, came out owning 2 sleeper sofas and a love seat! Our sales person was Kathy. She was so helpful and not at all pushy. The options are unlimited. Their premier brand is England. We had viewed the You Tube videos that explained how Engkand uses the Kincaid philosophy and method of furniture making. So we knew the quality to expect. We can't wait for our furniture to be delivered!

Right before Christmas we bought 2 recliners and a couch. All recline. Within the first month we had to have both chairs replaced from being broken. We are not rough on them and not sure why they broke. Thank goodness we got the warranty. Fast forward it took forever to get the new ones and mine is already broke again. We called about it and was told we must be too rough on them and blamed us that itnis out fault. Not broken too bad but will get it replaced before warranty expires. Couch also lost a bolt within the first month and they took forever to come out and fix it however was not able to be fixed. Bolt would not stay in. In the process of fixing that another bolt came out that they left and it has truly damaged our floor. Took 2+ mo ths to get new couch. Just recieved it and it is not the same couch it is smaller. Spoke with Matt and he tried to argue with me that it isnthe same couch. I dont have time to argue so I just gave up. I will NEVER go back and I would recommend everyone stay as far away as possible.

Rude employees! Didnt stay long enough to try their furniture. I will spend my money elsewhere. Not surprising that this location never has customers.

Went back to Sofas and More today after checking prices elsewhere. Debbie helped me purchase the Pinnacle sofa which I wanted. It was a very good price with the 10% off sale and was even cheaper than quoted before because I got the preselected fabric. It was a great deal with the warranty and delivery is much cheaper than other furniture stores too if you live locally. Thanks to Debbie the salesperson that helped me and answered all my questions. Can't wait for my reclining sofa to be made and delivered to me.

Went to this store to buy an apartment full of furniture with my elderly mom to outfit her new assisted living place. Cathy Needham helped us through the whole process, recommending furniture that would fit the space, coordinate, and not break the bank. Cathy was very sweet and patient with my mom, who got confused and sidetracked easily. I scheduled delivery at payment for the following week and all was delivered on time and assembled for us. Great service!

Super nice folk working there good selection of chairs and couches and beds and tables and things. Not the highest end most premium stuff available but a good range from budget to upper Middle. Great prices had some good sales going on

Visited twice and it didn't bother them! Sales person was handling 2 customers at once but answered all my questions and gave me alternatives. Economical delivery fee and, unlike other furniture stores I visited, delivery was scheduled quickly!

Please be careful with your purchases. I have not received any furniture and I called today to cancel my order. They refuse to cancel and have already charged my card. The manager says this is good business and only want to give me store credit for $5600.00. I have done business with many other furniture stores and never been treated this bad. I have ask to speak to his manager and was not given a name or phone number. Now I am just waiting to get help to cancel my order. Matt is the store manager and refused to give me his boss’s name or number. Terrible customer service.
