The humidor is excellent, it’s a very good cigar shop from a purely retail perspective. But as a lounge to stay and smoke, the experience is quite lacking - two small seating areas in the main retail space. I’m sure their private lounge next door is nice, but if you just want to stop by for a smoke and aren’t a member, I would go elsewhere.

There's a gentleman Sean with a large beard and an epic mustache who is very knowledgeable about the products and the experiences of pipe and cigar who can give worthwhile recommendations and share relevant knowledge and advice. Very pleasant experience highly recommend especially for people that are new and want to appreciate.

Best tobacco shop in Knoxville by far. Top tier selection they have something for everyone. They not only carry cigars but pipes and supplies, cigarettes, RYO supplies and more. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also have a very nice lounge area.

I try to hit this place when I’m town. Very helpful staff. Probably most comprehensive cigar selection in town especially since opening the new area. Do yourself a favor and if you are a cigar smoker stop in and see them.

Just the best cigar shop in East Tennessee, hands down. I’ve been shopping here since 2008, and have always found their selection, service and quality of their cigars (nothing worse than a shop who neglects their own humidor) to be top notch. I moved away from Knoxville a few years back but still make a point to stop in here several times a year when I’m back in town to visit friends and family

My family and I used to own a cigar bar in south Tampa for a decade, called Kuba Cigars, so we know the struggles and blessings of being a part of the cigar culture and running a small business. I had an issue with some bundle cigars I picked up there (issues that were TOTALLY not their fault.) Several cigars were so crazy tight, even with a cigar poker, I couldn’t get them to cooperate. I was reluctant about bringing them back, as I’d experienced this situation with my own customers a handful of times… but thought I’d at least let them know. Sometimes I’d let the cigar manufacturers know if there were quality control issues (which is a huge priority to correct in the cigar world.) Anyway, the owner was kind enough to give me store credit towards another purchase. This is not normally something that is done, plus someone with no couth could try to take advantage of this gesture. But again he was understanding enough to allow me the credit. I ended up spending double what I planned on because they really didn’t have to do that, as I was the one who chose the bundle and they’re not the manufacturers. When I thanked him and apologized about the return, he simply said “We want our customers to be happy.” He gets it. This awesome place gets it. I live an hour away from this store, but I’ll gladly continue to make the drive to support them. Having been in plenty of cigar bars in my life, across the country, this by far is an absolute gem. Friendly people. Clean and fully stocked humidor at the perfect temp/humidity. My new home away from home. Make it yours too!

My new go-to tobaccanist. I moved to Knoxville from Phoenix almost a year ago and have struggled to find a good place for pipe tobacco and accessories. Smoky's has everything I need and more. A great selection of house tobacco blends as well as a reasonably priced selection of packaged tins. A decent selection of pipes for sale as well.They have a nice lounge area with a fun atmosphere. They had the Grizzlies playoff game playing when I stopped in, and a group of guys chatting about the game. It's just a great vibe overall here.The gentleman working at the register was very helpful and made some recommendations for me. I was a bit rushed for time and didn't have a chance to get too far into the cigars, but I'll definitely make the time next time I stop in. If you're a pipe smoker, this is a must visit!

Very nice selection and knowledgeable staff! I really appreciated the staff helping me with a pipe purchase. I normally smoke cigars. I've been interested in trying a pipe for some time. The thing is, I rarely smoke. Maybe once a month or less. I explained this to the staff, and they directed me to a cheaper pipe. I like the fact that they didn't try to up sell me on something I would not use enough to get my money's worth. Thank you!
