Been shopping here a while and the staff are always so friendly and helpful . anytime I’ve ever had an issue with anything, ( disposable vape not working ) they make it right with no hesitation. The prices are cheaper than other shops also , If you’re looking for a specific item and they do not have it , they will order it for you .. Definitely recommend ???

This is the only vap store me and my husband use. They are amazing people and really care about the customers. They have always mayed me feel welcome and like part of ther family. More so with my twin girls one without and with downsydrom. The one who has downsydrom had to have open heart surgery in June last year. And always ask about them and my other children.And always let us know we are in there prayers.they are great people. And are very knowledgeable about their products

Our first experience at this shop was not stellar, a dark haired young lady made us feel as though she was bothered by our very entrance to the shop. But today we were wowed by the J&J team! Jake was amazingly patient and kind, he even helped set up our new vapes! These two are rockstars!!!

I used to go to different vape stores and found Smokey Mountain Vapors and now shop there exclusively. I use Elfbar disposables and get a better price and more variety here plus a discount because I buy several at a time.The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is clean and more "upscale" than other vape stores.

Every time my gf and I went in they were Always very informative and friendly. They also have a wide selection for grandilicious prices. My favorites are Zen Haus lines. They hold for you if you can't afford it that day too. I love this company and the customer service is second to none. Keep up the amazing work

We used to come in and purchase every week. One visit I get a vape he suggested for a road trip and when I am on the road and try it out I was so sick. It tasted like a menthol vanilla custard. I called and told him hoping he would at least let me switch it out bc I have been a faithful shopper at that store, but no he said he couldn’t do anything. This guy was the skinny red head not the owner. For that reason they lost my service. A faithful customer that spent about $60+ a week there is now leaving bc you have no quality in your customer service skills over a $20 vape. I don’t mind spending my money elsewhere.

I’m devoted to this place. They are always friendly- even when I show up last minute before closing- and have everything I want and I HATE going from store to store so I’m sticking with SMV! Devoted customer.
