My car looked fine upon first glance since it wasn’t that dirty to begin with, but when I got home, I could see that it barely looked like they had even cleaned it at all. Almost as if they just hosed it off with water without actually scrubbing anything. Inside was even worse. For almost $50, a better job should’ve been done. I had to come home and pretty much clean the car over again, inside and out. My money was completely wasted.

They had to remove tons of tree sap from my car which was an extra cost, but my car looks great and that's all that matters to me.

Everyone was super nice. And the outside of the car did look pretty good. But the inside had no work done at all. I understand they were super busy and probably exhausted, but $50 for nothing to be wiped down or cleaned is not ok with me. I won’t be returning.

Short-handed, I guess? After 30 minutes for a vacuum and run through cleaning, my truck sat for another 20 minutes for final detail. Finally just left without waiting for that.

I have been coming here for years (7914 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN). I have two unlimited full service car wash packages for my two cars. The Manager here runs a very friendly and efficient crew. Very little turn over with this group! They all work together as a team. There are no weak ones in the group, that is why I keep coming back.

The gentlemen there were very nice and polite. They did an exceptional job on the interior of my car!!! And, Chase, an Assistant Manager, was so pleasant and helpful! It was truly the MOST enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. I recommend this Kingston Pike location to all! Thank you, guys, and I’m glad Tyler was ok!!!! ? Ellie

If you want rude service this is the place to go asked for a basic car wash and vacuum and end up getting rung up for a $50 service had to ask the cashier about services and she seemed annoyed I even said anything almost 40 minutes later and my car is half vacuumed and still has crumbs in the cup holder
