This place is ok. Not great. Not awful. Just kind of average and that's ok. My only disappointment is that they don't really pay as much attention to cleaning the interior. They barely wipe it down anymore. Instead of doing a good job with it, they push you toward a $99+ detail package. They're already charging $49 for the basic service. That's enough to merit a good interior cleaning.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is expeditious. I'd be hard-pressed to find a car care service with better prices and product consistency.

Took my car for vacuuming and car wash. Paid $45 and was told that the interior would also be wiped down as well. It definitely wasn't. Also, I had a Walmart bag with a few items in it that I specifically told them was trash and it could go, they proceeded to pull random things out of the bag and place it in the storage compartment under my radio. Also didnt get rid of the bag either. They did not use any product on the steering wheel, dash or in the cup holders/around the shifter area to clean it. They did wipe down the interior glass though. They cleaned the wheels but left dirt on the hood and roof of my car. Won't be back. Felt like a huge waste of money. I'll just go to the coin-op next time, especially since that waiting room was as hot as it was outside. Then they had the nerve to ask for a tip like they did anything to deserve it. Save your time and go somewhere else or do it yourself.

I had the best experience here. I was used to going to the sparkling on Kingston pike but after taking it to merchant I will always come back here. Staff was quick and efficient and my car looked amazing. Recommended to all my friends

Overall they did great. Inside vacuuming was not that great and I had to finish vacuuming after I got home. Outside was good but did miss a few areas that I addressed at home. Probably could have saved the $50.00 and did it myself.

This place is hit or miss. If it’s slow then they are professional and do a good job but lately it’s been busy and wow. Employees are rude and just want to get to the next car. They messed up in the wash tunnel and made my car hit the truck in front of it. No damage but no apology either.
