Limited clearance at this store. The employees were at the front just standing around talking while we were in there. Only 3 customers. Not one got asked if we could be helped.But at least they have a restroom for their customers unlike the one in Sevierville. But the same shoes that were 10 in Sevierville were 15 to 25 in Knoxville.

Even though they did not have the tennis shoes that my grandson wanted. T The employees were quite helpful and showing us where the shoes should be. And they helped us in looking for the shoe on the shelves. When it was apparent they were out of his sizec shoe, they even called the other store to see if they were available.
