“Thank you Eve! I won an auction item from Case Antiques in Knoxville and needed my item picked up and shipped. I sent an email with the lot information and request for insurance, and a price quote was returned the next day. Pick up from the auction house was prompt, and the breakable items were carefully packed. Shipping was actually so prompt that the delivery date was a day I wasn't going to be home. I paid $5.99 online to UPS and had the large box rerouted to my neighborhood UPS store for pickup. Eve, and then UPS, kept me updated with emails every step of the way. Thanks!”

“well, i never used fed ex before but i would try twice in a week. the first time i dealt with rhea who was excellent in packing a picture and printing my ebay slip to mail. very pleased with the procedure. the second time i dealt with i believe patsy. she was good also, although i was confused about the very high charge to ship to california. between the two of us, i should have asked before paying 143. oo ridiculous price as i almost ended losing on this. she did an excellent job of packing the picture, but the pricing could have been explained. i assume she thought i knew. i would recommend this fed ex by check pricing before getting package wrapped to ship. little late once that was done”
