Literally watched us pull in 10 minutes before close, ran over and shut the lights off so we couldn't pump gas....just go across the street why bother here

Scammer ...the price per gallon was $3.85 when I got there. After I paid at the register, the price changed to 3.90 .....?? super scammer

Poor customer service. I went here and pumped gas, and was putting in directions into my GPS, and the person walked out and asked us if we needed help. I said no, I'm just putting in directions. He told us to move. It was weird and unnecessary. There was only one other person there getting gas. It wss just a little odd. Unnecessary to approach my car in the first place. Bathrooms were also a mess. Dirty toilet and floors. Trash to the top of the can. Don't buy beer here. They are lacking any kind of variety unless you like cheap, domestic beer.

Diesel was .50 higher than pilot, TA, and speedway when I asked the manager toldMe that the new gas shipment hasn’t came in for diesel so I have to charge the old price still, I cannot change it for two days……also when I was buying my drinks, I tried to use my rewards and she wouldn’t let me told me it was for fuel only…… I work in a bucket truck that runs all day I prefer shell and their rewards program over any other station but this place was ridiculous!!!!

Cashier was very rude throwing items to the counter at me with attitude and basically tossed my change into my hand. Won't get anymore of my time energy or money at this location. I had much more respect for the brand we call "Shell" before today. My tank will be filled up at another provider from now on.

Inoperable pump, got billed 400.00On two separate transactions for 200.00 each for 0 Gallons of gas .Called station to sddress issue and they hanged the phone on me. Will be reported.
