They refuse to take mobile coupons even though they have the ability to do so! They can just the same as a paper coupon. They caused me to waste a $2 off coupon for American Spirit Cigarettes because they are a time sensitive coupon and they refused to take it. I’ll be notifications NAS about their refusal to take the coupon. Won’t be going here again.

My SUV barely rolled in and died due to a transmission failure in front of their shop. I took a chance on replacing the part and doing service with them and have nothing but praises to say. Owner, Patrick, as well as rest of staff communicated very well throughout the process- in fact better than salvage company and even found a better deal on the part. The process took longer than expected solely due to salvage company delays. Service Street was on their game every time I called for updates and helped expedite the process faster than other locations might have. I will be back as I appreciated the staffs ability to communicate service without hesitation or attempt to upsell or find additional problems.

I’m in my car by the pump bout to get gas and the man walks up and says there parking spots everywhere why you parked here, mind you I was only in my car for about 7 min, and he was speaking another language I felt very disrespected Won’t get my money

Please be aware the previous owners sold out. New owners are a few state chain operation that works on commission and upselling. Learned the hard way. Had car towed there was told the car ran good was ready for pickup. Tried starting car after paying 800.00, didn't start after they installed a STARTER SOLENOID. Was told the high price was because of disposal fees and labor.Its people like this that ruin the excellent reputation built over years for simple greed. Ask some of the folks in halls.I know I was taken because I have put these car parts on in thirty minutes or less when I was younger and also the mark up on the Solenoid was 110.00 plus disposal fees. When they said you need a STARTER we can analysis it, that's when I had the car towed. This is a older vehicle,which was maintained by the previous owners perfectly. Being a older vehicle you would maybe think it would be easier for them. Also, these are in no way shape or form certified mechanics like the sign still says on the building,in my neighbors opinion. Money goes to quick now. If needed don't go here. It's also under a new name.

The guy behind the cashier will steal your credit card information and sell it, be careful I already contacted the cops and got my money back, but most people have been robbed and never got there money back.

Do you want rude, unfriendly service? I went in to buy a bottle of water. The clerk never said a word to me and even left the cash register halfway through the transaction. If the credit card machine hadn't already approved my card I would have just walked out.

I brought my 2010 Honda Civic here in hopes to get it fixed quickly knowing that it was the vacuum hose that needed to be fixed due to a leak. They took my car apart and told me about 4 different things that needed to be fixed that had nothing to do with what is wrong with it. They priced it at $497, and when we told them we didn't have that much to spend because we already knew what was wrong and what it should cost us they told us it would still be 3 hours before our car was ready because they had to "put it back together" and the dude working on it was on a lunch break... so without even getting any service done they took 4 hours and charged us $119 just to tell us what the alleged "problem" was... they have no idea what they are doing and they are very rude and lazy.

He gave me back the wrong change, then argued with me about it. They never wear their masks there & it always smells like p*** in the whole place. The bathroom is gross. The snacks are expired. They had to stop selling gas for a few days because they falied the inspection
