The building itself seemed to be a bit run down; definitely could use some renovation.
The center seems to offer lots of various assistance and programs.
Staff seemed to be friendly.

TRASHY Company To Work For ! Especially Delia She Does Not Care About Most Of The Caregivers . She Has Her Favorites. Told Me I Couldn’t Do Light Duty After Hurting Myself At Work Even Though My Doctor Gave It The Okay. She Let Other People That Hurt Themselves Do Light Duty. She Also Told Me I Should Just Put My 2 Week Notice In After Coming Back From Having To Be Off Because My Nana Was In The ICU!

Do not work for this company. The whole time it has been a headache. They have done me dirty the whole time I worked for them. They have a high turn over rate because of the lady Delia that’s over the caregivers and house managers. She gets into it with somebody everyday because she doesn’t know how to talk to people and is very disrespectful towards her staff.She told me to put my two week notice in after having to be off due to my nana being in the hospital in the ICU. She will yell at you and get an attitude with you but if you do it back she will try to get you fired . It don’t matter what you do she will get anybody fired for insubordination even if that’s not what happened . DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT !

Sertoma has been making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities for over 60 years. Caring staff and the new duplexes are the nicest in the state. Really beautiful.

I've watched staff at this company neglect & mistreat the individuals supported on numerous occasions. PLEASE do your research before giving your loved ones up to such an inconsiderate company like this. I spent a week working for sertoma before I quit do the the horrifying things I had to witness that where done by the DSP's.

The worse place to ever work at! You can put your blood sweat and tears into a job and they will kick you to the curb like you never worked hard for them. I do not recommend this job to anyone looking for caregiving they show favoritism to there staff that has worked there for years and are the main ones stealing money from the company and spending these clients money and using there houses for personal uses. let alone using the company cars for personal runs and stops. And this company does not care for there staffs health at all they will make you come to work sick and put there clients in danger of being sick as well.
