Yesterday I went to the Sephora inside Kohl's looking for a specific palette of eye shadow and some mascara. The stock was low and I was having difficulty finding the colors I normally use. The sales person attempted to help me, and I acknowledged I am particular. She suggested I try Target. I just wanted Sephora to know I ended up buying two eye shadow palettes and mascara totaling nearly $70 and I made this purchase at ULTA.
I went to Sephora because I was at Kohl's, but I will make the extra trip to a well stocked and extremely customer focused ULTA next time.

I just had the best experience I have ever had at a Sephora at this location. The two girls working there were so helpful and informative. Great costumer service! I went looking for some things they didn’t have and they gave me very honest reviews on something I thought I needed but I don’t and what they recommended worked great!

First time I went in to use my gift card after 5 min trying to ring it up at the register manager finally came in and said corporate having an issue accepting it .2 week later today I can in again and having same issues not able to pay with gift card but this time manager simply said I can’t use it do you want to pay with your credit card ?I said no and asked them to figure it out since this is a second time in the row .she have not offered any help but corporate phone witch she had to go find it first .I used same gift card at the mall location with no issues !!and even if there is an issues I was a pecking them to offer it to call corporate and move balance to another card for example ?insted I was just turned away !

I was pretty disappointed with the Sephora at this Kohls. The older lady that was there constantly followed me and continued to ask me if I needed help and gave me a basket, even tho I had a cart. I felt like she was following me, assuming I would steal. I spent over 250.00 and was rushed out, even tho I am a Rouge member, I didn't get my birthday gift or asked if I would like to use my points at all. I'll just stay with Sephora at the mall from now on. They know how to treat guests.
