“I would like thank Bob Mardis, Chuck Jones and the installation team for a job well done. I had already purchased a Tuff Shed from Home Depot 2 years back (which I loved) but, I realized I could use a larger shed. The opportunity came (meaning wife’s approval), I called my local Tuff Shed dealer in Knoxville and worked out the details with Chuck. Then, I went to work on my yard. Twelve good provided weathered days later…done…..that is with a tiller, pick axe, shovel and a wheelbarrow and of course me…done. I still have a lot more work to do but, I am so pleased with my new shed. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Seriously, I thought just maybe, in adding another shed next year….maybe? Thanks again!!! James H”

“If you need a climate controlled storage unit, just go to Big Orange Storage at 6770 Malone Creek Drive. I had storage units at another storage place which had water damage. I came to Big Orange Storage where Cody and Susan went out of their way to help me secure wonderful new units very quickly. Their facility is huge, spotless, and very reasonably priced. In addition, you will be treated like a friend as soon as you walk in the door. I have never been treated better anywhere. The entire team, Susan, Cody, Steven, and Riley, is wonderful! I highly recommend Big Orange Storage at Malone Creek Drive.”
“I've been a customer at this same location for 8 years. I do not appreciate the price increases the past couple of years that seem to be a bit extreme and are getting more frequent. But when I've needed customer service at my unit, Monique has been extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me change units when I wanted to downsize and was understanding of what I needed and when. When the smaller unit I moved into encountered a door issue that kept me from being able to get inside, she was able to quickly get someone to repair the door for me.
The phone number does usually connect me to someone who is on duty at another facility close to the one I use.”

“Unit was clean and came with a brand new lock. The facility is on top of a hill. The driveway looks like large moving vans cannot make it all the way up without bottoming out, but the driver of the large United Van Lines truck used to move us backed all the way up the hill with just enough clearance.”
