After a week long fight with Lowe’s trying to get a refrigerator delivered, I got a refund and took my business to American Freight. The service we received was phenomenal. We were able to get an amazing deal on a refrigerator, as well as a mattress, for much less than what we had paid at Lowe’s. We loved that they had so many options available in store and we were able to bring home a refrigerator that night. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so helpful in finding us what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning here for any future appliance purchases.

Remodeled my kitchen and have had a vent hood ordered from then big box stores since July 11th 2024. All for vent hoods have come in damaged. I tried American Frienght for the first time today desperate to get this remodel finished and they had what I needed in stock, with no damage! Shout out to Mike who took the time to listen to my issue/concern and helped me locate what I needed. Walked out a happy customer and recommend trying them out first if you have an upcoming project. Oh, I saved $300 AND have a 5 year warranty!

The staff was super helpful and very well educated. They helped me and my family choose the refrigerator that best suited our home. They even deliver and install the appliances. Overall, it is super easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend them!

Went in today to purchase a love seat and a couch. Mike was beyond amazing!!!! Very helpful and extremely friendly. 100% will be our sales guy every time we go in!!! If you need something new go see Mike!

What can I say? We were just looking around but deep down we knew we needed a washer and dryer after spending over $40 in our first week after moving to Knoxville to do laundry at a laundromat. $160 per month for laundry would add up quickly.
We had some expectations, and Michael was there for us every step of the way. He explained the pricing and the finance options. Michael took the time to discuss extended warranty options and helped us to come up with a plan to pay off our products faster as not to incur crazy interest payments. He made sure we had our hook-up components and we understood the price and expectation at delivery.
We were pleased with our selection, and we look forward to trying out our washer and dryer. Thank you, American Freight, and thank you, Mike!

We bought a fridge here and the cooling board literally went out a week later! They are not wanting too fix this issue at all! Wouldn’t recommend

10/10 recommend American Freight on Kingston pike! Tim and Mike were so amazing and they both helped us find a sectional couch we absolutely love within our budget! The purchase process was so fast and easy, we will definitely be buying more furniture from them! :)

Tim greeted us right away, pointed us in the direction we needed to go and allowed us to shop without pressure. After we made our decision , Tim explained the warranty and since he is fairly new, Mike came in and assisted Tim with the process. They both treated us like valued customers.

Absolutely amazing experience! Wes and Mike were phenomenal at the Kingston Pike location. They helped me expedite my pickup after Justin at the Lovell Rd location was kind enough to find me a mattress in stock. Excellent customer service!
