I stay there off and on this last time I called before we come to stay Indian lady answered my call she was nice when she answered it wasn't a minute gone by and she was rude and like rushing me off the phone she said she was the manager I don't know who she was but the guy who runs it is super so I come to check in the guy who check us in I couldn't come in the office to get it and his eyes looked like he was really intoxicated the rooms are a plus all have poor customer service except John if u want good service go when he's there he's only one who I think actually cares I think it was his wife that had a attitude with me if they can't do a better job to paying customers they shouldn't be there alot of my family are alcoholics and I know they are some there

Thank you for allowing me and my service animals a safe place to stay while our house got fixed. A hotel down the street denied us access stating they wouldn’t allow my service dogs inside a room. I am so appreciative to your company for following ADA guidelines and I will be letting anyone I know with disabilities needing a hotel to stay at your facility.

As you could imagine there are riff raff everywhere. I didn't feel safe.
Safety: Riff raff standing around looking for trouble.

The rooms are what you would expect for a cheap hotel, not to good but not bad, didn't see any bugs and room was clean. In a pretty good spot right off the highway

Rooms need to be remodeled .Seen a few roaches running around in the room .The bed was hard and couldn't get comfortable enough to get some well needed sleep !

Hotel needs new everything to the staff and owner. Found a needle in the room I was staying in, I immediately went to the office and I was told to come back when I checked out in the morning when the manager was there and was promised a refund and I never received a refund or even for to talk to the manager for some reason when I went to try and show them what I found, how convenient he was never there or busy.

Rooms: Has cockroaches parking very bad not enough spaces to park people takes your parking place if you go out to the store .
