We are long time customers but just noticed something that appears to be dishonest on the website. When we are trying to order eye drops, the price is $29.98 if we order it for pickup. We are plus members and shipping is free for this item. However when we select "free" shipping for the item, the price increases to $32.98. I don't understand how a $3.00 increase can be considered "free." This seems like a misleading way to do business if its not outright fraudulent. I'll be more than happy to change my review if I am looking at this the wrong way but I can't understand how this can be justified as a good way to do business. As of 06/23/2024, no response from Sam's club.

I love going in here! Every time I come, I can’t help but find something amazing! The customer service and the quality is truly outstanding! Keep it up! It’s going to be a really long time before I stop going haha ?

Just because you can make a pickup order on their app for 7am doesn’t mean that’s when you’ll get it. One must wait until 10am when they open! Should definitely change the pickup hours.

Looks like they are moving items around. Leaving the freezer section, we went down the aisle that said Jelly but it was full of cereal. Jelly was moved to the cereal aisle after asking an Associate where the Jelly was moved to.

Do yourself a favor and download the Sam's club app. We scan our items as we load the cart. And while walking up to the register area, we pay and walk right by the lines. You are sent a receipt. They scan it a couple of items in your cart and out the door you go. We used to dread going in... not so much anymore.

Unbelievable! You spend hundreds of dollars at this store, then the scan your items again and receipt to make sure you’re not a thief! On top of that, they gave ONE employee doing this so you have to wait 10 minutes to get out the door!!!

A wanted something specific, a roasted chicken got it. No problem, paid. The only thing about Sam's is they have to check that you paid. That could be a lengthy time consuming line
