I use this big box store for certain name-brand products I use often for low prices, which usually means a single brand option. Their clothing has reduced in quality in the past few years. Watch live plants -- they often have bugs and are never watered.

I like the products they have at Sam's Club. I like the people in the bakery, who are always so helpful and friendly. The Managment of the store leaves a lot to be desired. Paying for a membership, and the privilege to stand in a long line of people trying to get out of the store, just after purchasing the items I came for is ludicrous. I don't encounter this problem at Costco. I don't encounter this problem at Target. This location of Sam's Club didn't use to have this problem. Nobody is minding the store; at least they are taking care of their customers. Follow me on Yelp for tips on places to go, and places to avoid in Knoxville and East Tennessee.

I had an appointment in their service dept today. They knew that they couldn't preform the service due to weather. You would think they could notify you of this (they have your #, needed it to make the appt) . They wait till you show up and then tell you "oh we can't do that today it's gonna rain"

This Sam's Club is laid out horribly! In addition, it says you can use scan and go, but when you scan everything and pay for it on your app using the scan and go feature, the person at the door says no, you have to go through a line and insert your card. They even have signs all over that say skip the check out, use the scan and go and head directly to the door. Then once you get to the door, you are embarrassed by having them tell you to bring your cart back to the register and check out manually at a register. OMG!!!

I love Sam's club for its amazing amount of food, clothes and deals all at reasonable prices. Plus the scan is amazingly convenient plus it saves time checking out.

HORRIBLE customer service. I was trying to call to get someone to help me get a membership but now i don't know if I want to... they don't ever answer the call. I've tried 4 times and it rings forever...

I applied two weeks ago, missed my first orientation, (I'm human I overslept) I called right after I missed and they told to me to come the following week. I went go orientaion and got my badge and locker, they told me I wasn't hired after, nobody knows what they're doing, there is 0 communication. this was the worst hiring process ever, plus they have a team lead named Jarrett Cotton who bullies coworkers and makes comments about women calling them fat. Id never shop at a place with such rude stuck up lazy people. don't work here, don't shop here.

Wow has Sams gone down. Today is Aug 17th. I had to stand in a 22 min line to FINALLY get my plastic card, you see the store has been OUT of the blanks for almost 6 months. Those little plastic cards were at some stores, but not this one!!! I was told I could laminate the paper receipt. When I did, it blacked out due to the heat of the laminator. Then when I got into the store, I wanted the Habit shirts for my hubby. Well, the was a tiny sample of shirts on the floor but (as you will see in picture) the majority were way up high as they had been MONTHS ago when I was in last!! I had to ask two different people to get me help. After about 10min an ast mgr Tommy showed up with an attitude. When I asked him why the shirts weren't (and never had been) on the floor he went into a dissertation about not enough floor space. He said that there wasn't enough floor space, and that he had sold 50,000 shirts and he had about 20,000 more. When I said if he put the display on the floor for us he really got angry. He said that only SOME Customers want them, I said that I have wanted them for months but to find a size I have to call for help (clearly they are short of) and wait! He told me they only had small & med of the shirt I wanted .. but don't you know, there was an XL he had to get down. While he was doing that another lady came up looking for shirts. She too was frustrated that the shirts were way up high and unavailable!!! I told him that if he had sooo many shirts in inventory, MAYBE , just MAYBE, they would sell more IF they were ON THE FLOOR for us customers.

I do not like to go to Sam's but I will if hubby wants me to go...There are good savings. On a number of items. My hubby knows all the sales out there and how much the regular price of items are and how much they are rising! I get items and break down with mom. I like the Westside Sam's better than East. Friendliest!

I love Sam's Club. This location is convenient and easy to get to. Always clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, because this is a smaller location, they don't always have items in stock.

Place was clean, well stocked and unlike other Walmarts or Sams club had real like cashiers. I will return to this Sams club again cause I have been to others and was not impressed.

It's a Sams, which means crowds and poor layout inside. The amount of displays and items are packed in and never seem in the same place for non frequent items. So they make you search in case you see something else they can get you to buy. The good... gas price in lower than others and close to my house. I have a membership just for gas. Another great feature is they have a free Air hose next to last garage door. Can get air anytime 24hrs.

i don't normally write reviews but Tyler went above and beyond i just wanted to shout him out. He was doing pretty much everything while we were there and still helped us every time we needed something with a smile and a great attitude. As we left he was getting yelled at by some asshole that i can only assume was for a dumb reason like the long waits. it's christmas time. it's busy. everywhere is understaffed. So before you start griping about people not wanting to work, ask your self if you would work for low pay to get verbally abused everyday. Because i wouldn't. Tyler was doing an amazing job and i hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Me nor my family have ever had a bad experience at this sams club. Everyone does an awesome job here

The tire and battery line was getting pretty full and behind the registers ghost town. We waited 15 mins for a employee to show up. We wanted to get my headlights fixed to get the cloudiness removed. It was a great day that followed the guide lines 60 degrees outside, no rain, and not raining the next day. The man (employee) continued to pull out his phone and said "Hmm is it 60 degrees." then proceeds to say " Oh that will take us right up to closing and it will take around to 3 or 3 1/2 hours". We got there at 2:30 they close at 6. He acted like he didn't want the business. They finished the head lights were done and the lady that checked us out had a few comments that were questionably rude. She continued to laugh how bad the headlights were. Hope you find this helpful.
