After much research, we decided to check out a vehicle with Rusty Wallace Kia of Knoxville. Brandon responded to our request promptly. When we went in person, every staff member was very nice. Brandon had our suv of choice waiting and we went on a test ride. Financing and negotiating was a breeze. We were in and out! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the suv and even gave us some suggestions on the area as we were new. We felt comfortable, zero pressure with Brandon or the finance person and decided to purchase our 24 Telluride that day. Went back today to get it as promised and have zero complaints! Highly recommend including working with Brandon.

I had to have my optima towed in on a Saturday. The check engine light came on and the car was idling very rough and had no power at all. They had the car for a week before they looked at it. They finally "fixed" it after about a week and a half. The next day the check engine light came back on and the same issues were happening. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. I had to take my car to another dealership for that dealer to attempt the fix. The new dealer asked what KIA did and just shook there head when I told them. Run as fast as you can from this dealership.

Would highly encourage people to go someone else. My elderly mother bought a brand new sportage now with only 1700 miles it is locking her out and both key fobs will not unlock the car unless you use the manual key. We have took the car to be repaired 3 times to only have a very rude service tech say there is nothing wrong with it and make smart remarks to her. One day after picking the vehicle up it has done it again. Do not use these people if you expect to have a supportive and friendly dealership. We will never use them again.

Had engine troubles while traveling, the Service team responded quickly and professionally to help me get my issue diagnosed, a loaner car to get my newborn home and resolve the issue with my car in a incredibly quick time.

My husband and I came in here to trade in our vehicle. Our salesman was Cornell Odom. We feel like he went above and beyond for us. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and made our experience great. I definitely recommend Rusty Wallace Kia and Cornell.

Horrible service! This is the 3rd time, I brought my car in for the same issue. Although, they can only find 1x before this incident! My air-conditioning was blowing hot air and my car was over heating. 1st time, they put free on in it but failed to check if anything was causing it cost me $400. This time the exact same thing happen air-conditioning blowing hot air car over heating. Of course this time, they inspect further and say it's the thermostat. $ 675 later it's fix. The website says they have loaner cars. But of course they didn't have one when I asked for one. Even though they kept my car til Monday! I then had to pay for a rental to go to and from work! Then the service guy has the nerve to say, " if you made an appt for a rental car 2 weeks in advance we could have had one for you" Are u serious! My response was I didn't know my car was going to over heat and have the same issue!!!! In addition, I had to call numerous times to find out if my car was ready so I would know if I needed to keep the rental or get a ride. I was transferred several times and placed on hold only to callback again to be transferred yet again. When I finally got the service person, he of course had an attitude! Worst customer service ever! And a rip off! Fix it right the 1st time instead of bleeding people for cash for the same issue! Never again! I'll drive to alcoa rather then go to that location again!
