I gave up on the service department at the dealer where I bought my Sierra 2500 AT4 and called Reeders to find out if they could take care of a recall issue. The service guy said they could and asked when I wanted to bring it in....to which I responded, "I don't know, when can I bring it in?"...
How about next Wednesday at 10? ok, then.
The service guys called my wife twice: once to verify the appointment, and once to tell her that they had received the necessary part.
My wife arrived with the truck a little early and pulled right into the service department.
They immediately took it and started working on it. They replaced the part and changed the oil in little over an hour. Wow. what a difference compared to their competitor. Great job. We'll be taking both of our vehicles there for service in the future.

Our experience at Reeder has always been amazing. We have bought all 3 cars from here since we moved to Tennessee which has been within a 6 year period. Our salesman with Reeder has always been Akwasi Okoreeh-Baah and we will never buy a car from anyone else. His professionalism, honesty and customer satisfaction is above any that we have experienced when purchasing a car and we could not be happier.

Brought my truck in for the gooseneck plug outlet, Left turn signal does not work! The service manager said it passed their diagnostic and it is working fine. I have three different trailers, I plugged each one of them into this plug all of them with the same result left turn signal does not work. I can take these same trailers and plug them into the bumper outlet and they work as they should. Dealer says Chevy will not let them replace the plug because it passed the diagnostic test. Yet I still can’t use the gooseneck plug outlet. Also while I was there, they finally got the paint fixed after the third attempt to do so.
I was also informed that Reeder Chevrolet was not going was not gonna honor my oil changes that I got with my new 2024 Chevrolet 3500.

When I got there, I was informed that Reeder Chevrolet no longer honors their commitment to four free oil changes to customers who purchase vehicles from them. I am one oil change into this, and now Reeder does not want to hold up their end of the bargain. This is completely unacceptable business practices and let me just say, word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool. You can’t do customers this way and expect them to continue coming back. Be rest assured, I WILL NOT!

Great service and friendly staff..The service was great, But they told me that Reeder had been bought out and they will no longer be able to do my oil changes that we agreed on at no charge. When I purchased my new truck. I was told Reeder would do 8 oil changes at no charge. I feel they should own up to this deal. If Reeder agreed on selling the business they should have made sure their customers were taking care of. I feel like just swapping over to Ford. Customers did help build their company! Hopefully someone will do something about this raw deal.

Elijah Jones and team, Thank you. My family and I arrived at Reeder Chevrolet Wednesday with the purpose of purchasing a Silver 2500 Custom my wife had her eyes on. Mr. Jones had the truck ready, as well as the process which was a genuine delight for my whole family. We pulled away with great joy knowing that Mr. Jones delivered exactly what we requested with professionalism and kindness. Mr. Jones touched base with me Friday simply to make sure we didn’t have any questions, that the truck was serving us well, and that we were enjoying our truck. We want to say Thank you for a quality experience with a quality salesman with no run around or BS. Much appreciated Mr. Jones.

First, Reeder wouldn’t uphold the contract since the dealership is under new ownership so my five free oil changes are now gone.
Second, I paid $189 for a diagnostic for them to try and charge me $3,530.17 for a torque converter replacement. Previously, they were saying it would be, “a little over $1,000” so I thought okay not a big deal but that was apparently only for a flush.
Outrageously overpriced and a scam. When I called down the road on Clinton highway another place was willing to replace the entire transmission for around $2,600. Overpriced and screwing people over. Last visit for me.
