I had gone to another tire place this morning to get two front tires. They only had one so they replace the one and I went on my way. My car was shaking so bad after I left there. I assumed it was because I needed another tire upfront so I Came here to quality tire to get the other one put on I explained that I had just gotten a tire, but that my car was shaking real bad. They told me that they needed to balance it. So they took both tires off the one I had just gotten at the other tire place and put another one on the other side for me they came out and told me that there must be water or something in that tire because they couldn’t get it balanced. They offered to sell me another tire but told me to go back to the other tire place and see if they could refund me my money or fix the issue not to mention that the other tire place and put the wrong size tire on there! The guys at quality tire were absolutely amazing. They didn’t even charge me to balance the tire because they couldn’t get it balanced because of the other tire companies mess up. I took the tire back to the other place and here not only was it the wrong size tire that they had put on, but it was filled with water like the guys that quality had told me probably was the problem they fixed it, but they lost a customer. I will from now on going back to these guys at quality tire!! as a self-employed individual, it is super important to be honest about what you do and these guys are just that honest from head to toe. Great job guys and thank you for your help this morning. I will be back for future tires!

3 of their tires blew in 6 months. Only one was covered by their warranty, but I’m sure that one will blow sometime in the next couple months. Don’t gamble with these guys. Go to Firestone and save your money.

I don’t understand how people think this is a good deal. He tried to charge me $200 for two used tires that were not in the best of shape. I understand things are expensive. Every other used tire shop is from $30-$45 a tire he is charging 100.

Super quick, friendly, cheap! Would definitely recommend over Walmart or discount tire, you get a two week warranty on the tires too!

The people there are so nice I'm an older lady I'm in my sixties I went there this morning about 7:00 a little after 7:00 and I called them and he told me that he would be there at 7:30 when he got there it was like 15 after 7:00 he went above and beyond to help me and we went the cheapest way no tire place would do that they try to take advantage of people specially women this place did not they get a five-star rating from me excellent

I've been going here for YEARS..and honestly I've never gotten a bad tire from the place. They've always worked with me and got me the best tires for what money I have . The guy that owns the place is a great guy! Like I said, I've been going there for years. As a woman I've always been treated good. And the tires Ive gotten from there have always lasted. The guys are also quick, they don't mess around. All of them. It's where I go and will always go.

Avoid at all costs. Sold me two dry rotted tires and one that had already been patched that still leaks. Then didn’t honor the warranty because “I must have driven over a nail.” 15 years of driving and I’ve never driven over a nail. Absolute joke of a business.

Have been here twice. The first time they made me pay 80 for 2 tires when they have done 100 for 4 tires for others. The second time I showed up at 5:15 and they said they were closed when I know they don't close until 5:30. I've been around this line of work my entire life. It wouldn't have taken no time at all to get me 2 tires on my car. Just because I'm a female doesn't mean that I am clueless about tires.
